Very recently spruced-up to show it off to its best advantage, the two bedroom apartment has a laid-back and easy-going style, is on the third and fourth floors and sleeps 3 in charming and centrally placed accommodation.

It has a stylish and air-conditioned open-plan main living area incorporating comfortable seating, a dining table for two and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools - all complemented by rich polished wooden flooring and a beautiful beamed ceiling representing the characterful and antique nature of the property. Also on this floor is an elegant master bedroom with air-conditioning, a double bed and a chest of drawers which in turn leads onto a further cosy bedroom with a single bed and a neat study/writing area.

Beyond this room lies the apartment's marble-appointed bathroom* benefiting from both a semi-sunken bathtub for total relaxation and a separate semi-enclosed shower area, while a washing machine within the apartment brings the conveniences of home to your holiday.

Returning to the main living room, a wooden staircase rises to one of the most arresting features of the property - a traditional Venetian 'altana' roof terrace furnished with sun-loungers for warm summer days and a table and chairs for breakfasting on crisp spring mornings and offering the most spectacular views of such well-loved Venetian landmarks as Santo Stefano, the domes of Santa Maria Della Salute, the rooftop of the Teatro La Fenice and much more besides.

Check-in and Check-out procedures

Upon your arrival, one of our representatives will meet you at the Vaporetto stop (or water taxi disembarkation point) closest to the apartment (as agreed during our prior correspondence with you) and accompany you to the property. All the information relating to your apartment such as heating, use of the kitchen and, where available, air-conditioning and internet etc. will be provided together with a welcome information file and a 24 hour emergency contact no. It is at this point that payment for the Security Deposit is taken by our representative - for further details of methods of payment etc. please see the ‘Property Rates’ section above. Standard check-in time is between 3.00 pm. and 7.30 pm. daily. (It may be possible to arrange different check-in times upon request at the time of booking. Please note that arrivals between 7.30 pm. and midnight incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.) We kindly ask you to check out by 11.00 am in order that we may prepare the apartment for its next guests.

We enjoyed this apartment for the space it offers - a lovely large living room and well equipped kitchen. The shower also has lots of room. The altana is very useable, including for eating outside, and there is a view of the dome of the Salute. The leaning belltower adjacent to the flat is quite dramatic. Although it's in San Marco, it is very quiet and convenient for 3 different vaporetto stops. We would come back to Ca Malvasia.

Pasamos cuatro días fabulosos en este apartamento, del que cabe destacar, en primer lugar, la atención de las personas de Views on Venice, quienes además de facilitarnos todos los datos del apartamento y de la ciudad, nos acompañaron desde la parada del taxi hasta el apartamento,

Del apartamento cabe decir que está en el centro de la ciudad, justo al lado del teatro de La Fenice (y a 7 min. de la Pza. de S. Marcos andando); muy luminoso; se entregó completamente limpio; tiene un gran salón con cocina completa; la terraza con vistas a la ciudad (se ve la Iglesia de la Salute) y muchos campanarios y tejados de la ciudad. Las vigas de madera. Todo perfecto. Es sin duda un buen apartamento que recomendaré a mis amigos.

Beautiful flat!

Everything was perfect, the apartment even better than I expected from the pictures, very comfortable yet with lots of character, amazing panoramic views from the roof top, great location, very clean, nice helpful agents .. very much looking forward to staying there again in future!

Fantastic apartment and super kind atention

The apartment was really cool, very comfortable, clean, very well situated in the center, but very quiet. The best was the terrace!!! perfect for a romantic supper or a breakfast saying good morning to Venice.

All the people in the agency were super kind and they helped us in all our necessities.

Very good option for travel, less money and better stay than in a hotel. For sure we will repeat.

    There are no hidden charges.

    Rentals of over 7 nights also include a weekly bed linen and towel change during your stay.

    * Telephone charges, where applicable, are extra.
    **Arrivals between 7.30 pm. and midnight incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.
  • The Rental Deposit (40% of the rental) will be debited from your credit card when you finalise your booking with us, while the balance will be debited by you through our credit card payment gateway at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Note that if paying by bank transfer, an extra €20 administrative fee will be charged to each transaction (i.e. deposit and final payment).

    The Security Deposit (the amount specified alongside the apartment rate) is required against any breakage or damages to the apartment or to its furniture and equipment caused by the client during the rental period. This is payable to Views on Venice upon presentation of your credit card upon arrival at the apartment prior to occupancy.
    Credit card details will be automatically recorded and subsequently cancelled by Views on Venice on the day of departure should no breakage or damages to the apartment or its furniture and equipment have occurred during the rental period.
  • Please note that shorter stays e.g. 3/5 nights, are more expensive per night than weekly or longer stays due to the fixed costs of final cleaning, check-in etc.
