About Sara Kyriakides

We aim to provide comfortable accommodation at an affordable price, working hard to update, improve and maintain the house on a regular basis. We fell in love with the place and we hope you will too.

Sara Kyriakides purchased this house in 2011

Why Sara Kyriakides chose Jaywick

This is a very comfortable and spacious house for short or longer breaks all year round, accommodating couples or larger family groups, The layout over 3 floors allows ample accommodation for up to 8 guests and the lounge enjoys stunning views to the beach, ocean and sky. We also enjoy lovely views from the main bedroom on the top floor.

What makes this house unique

Here on the sea front it is so quiet but for the sound of the sea, especially at night. In high season you can watch the activity along the beach from the balcony, and enjoy the shifting weather patterns and sunsets from the comfort of the lounge. It is such a relaxing location.

Everything we'd wished for!

  • 4 of 5

We became very attached to this house, and were reluctant to leave. The sea front was the attraction, and we couldn't have asked to be closer. The bedroom at the top with the sound of the sea all night was a major bonus. The living room and its balcony were another, and because of the weather we spent a lot of time sitting on it and watching the sea and the promenade life! Everything inside the house worked, and we were able to cook a good meal each night, as the kitchen had everything we required.

Only four days' holiday unfortunately but nearing the end of September we got fabulous weather, sunny and, although not quite warm enough to swim, it was paddling and vests! We took our bikes and cycled to Walton-on-the-Naze one day, to Lee over Sand and the Colne estuary the other, and spent our 3rd whole day (made possible after texting Sara who said we could stay on because there was no-one else coming in - thank you so so much Sara) walking from bay to bay along the beach. I'm Australian and love to be near the sea. Poor old Jaywick has some awful press when searching the internet, but we found it full of friendly characters happy to talk and laugh with us, and the beautiful beaches absolutely empty!! Amazing! With 3 of the 4 bedrooms unused, we could well return with some of the family.

Perfect for break with kids

  • 5 of 5

We've been returning for the third time to spend a weekend away with friends and kids near the seaside. The house has everything you could ask for, is excellently situated on the sea front and provides for a relaxing break. The promenade allows for a nice stroll to Clacton and the beach is quiet where kids can just run around while the adults can sit on the balcony and watch them, or join in the fun. Sara is lovely to deal with and we will surely be back again.

Excellent Service & Superb Location

  • 5 of 5

Sara was very accommodating to our needs and incredibly kind/flexible. Professional at all times her communication was excellent.

Jackie the house keeper was also friendly, very helpful and full of local information.

The house is fab for an on the beach stay. Both the adults and the kids loved it.

The beach is very beautiful with soft sand for the children to dig away in all day long.

Thank you for a lovely beach break. Highly recommend staying here.

Couldn't ask for a better location !!

  • 5 of 5

Where do I begin, there was 9 of us in total ranging from 2 years to 66 years, and we all were catered for, Sara has lovely spacious house in fantastic spot, the rooms are light, airy and comfortable, beautiful beach a stones throw away, which has a cafe/ice cream hut on it, this has been there since I was a little girl, so brought back some lovely family holiday memories.

The view from the living room & top bedroom is stunning, woke up every day feeling relaxed and well rested, due to the comfy beds and of course the location. Hearing the sea while in bed and eating has such tranquil qualities that you don't get in a hotel, Even with 2 days bad weather it never stopped us enjoying our holiday.

Having 2 bathrooms is a great advantage, especially when coming back from the beach and getting ready to go out. The utility room is so handy for storing bucket. Spades, shoes etc, the outside garden is also a added bonus

The house was clean and tidy, which shows they do care for there home and for the guests coming to stay there.

Jaywick has a several shops, public house, takeaways, arcades, (which are 2 minutes walk) the local Chinese do meal deals and the portions are very generous and tasty, they also deliver if you don't want to walk !! But Tesco & Asda online also both do home delivery

A taxi into Clacton is roughly £10 that was for 8, which is cheaper than the bus as this is £2.60 each, each way

A slow walk into clacton takes around 45 minutes, going along the sea wall, which has cafes and bars along the way !!

If travelling with children & going to the arcades, I would suggest the Pavillion Bowl arcade which is next to the pier, by far the best value, and the staff are Very good with stuck prizes!!

Bowling on the pier after 6pm is only £1 PPPG

The Owner is one in a million, so helpful, kind & accommodating, which is a quality not found in everyone Thank you Sara for a fantastic holiday

Can't wait to go back again and have already recommended to family & Friends
