This renovated and contemporary 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located in heart of Cannes. Situated on a quiet pedestrian street (Rue Meynadier) in a charming century building (with elevator) on the third floor. All the rooms in the apartment have wonderful high ceilings and large double doors which make the apartment very bright and airy. Additionally, you'll be happy to come back home to relax and enjoy the lateral sea views from the two balconies which lead out from the lounge and bedrooms. For the business oriented, the apartment's central location puts you within a three minute walk to the Palais de Festival. For other vacationers, the beaches, Marche Forville and a large selection of restaurants are all within a 2 minute walk. Whatever the purpose of your visit to Cannes, this apartment is sure not only to please but also exceed your expectations.

The apartment is comprised of a spacious entry corridor which leads to two same sized bedroom with 2 single beds which can both be arranged into a large Double Queen if needed. There is a shower room with bathtub and a separate toilet room with sink. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove/microwave, coffee maker, and large refrigerator, among other appliances. There is seating for 4 people to eat in the kitchen but the table can be extended to accommodate 6 people. If you'd like to eat on the balcony, this is also possible for 2 people to do so. There is a 40' flat screen TV with hundreds of channels and wireless Internet access.

The 2 bedrooms and the living area are delightful and bright with theirs large French doors which open onto each balcony enjoying a the view on the pedestrian street and the lateral sea view. These 3 rooms are equipped with a AC unit.

Great little place, fabulous location

We were really pleased with the accommodation. It was right in the centre next to restaurants and bars but was on the third floor and double glazed so not noisy. The balcony was small, but perfect for an evening drink after putting the children to bed and watching the world underneath. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks.

Fantastic location and atmosphere

A lovely apartment in the heart of the old town/beach area of beautiful Cannes. Wonderful restaurants and atmosphere of glamour and chic style. Sitting on the balcony of the apartment and watching the fabulous yachts and boats was great. Le Jardin de Provence (fresh fruit and vegetables) right next door to our apartment kept us provided with delicious produce all week. Don't miss out on a visit to the Frommagerie across from the door of the apartment; the most delicious local cheeses and a helpful proprieter to offer advice. The weather was glorious the whole time we were there and the quiet apartment with its air conditioning and comfortable beds was really relaxing to return to. Alain answered all our questions promptly and we received our refundable deposit in full not long after returning home.

Fabulous apartment, fabulous location.

Alain ,the owner gave us great directions. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and looked just likes the photos. The lift was working which was great. The view from the balcony was great. The apartment was very clean. It really is about 5 mins from everywhere you want to be. I really liked that you can get Lockers on the beach to leave things in, so we could all go swim together. Fab place, I would definitely stay there again. Alain was always contactable if needed.

Wonderful place to stay in Cannes!

Lovely apartment in a charming neighbourhood. Supermarket, beach, and restaurants all within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the old harbour, and we would surely return!

This apartment is the ideal starting point for your next business trip or vacation. The Palais de Festival and the beaches are no more than a 3 minute walk. At your doorstep, there are a large selection of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars all within a 1-3 minute walk. The pedestrian shopping street, 'Rue Meynadier' is just a few steps away, where you can find a bakeries, fruit shop, supermarket, pharmacy and many other stores. The luxury boutiques on the Croisette as well as all the other shops on Rue D'Antibes are just a short walk away. To get a real taste of the French culture, why not take a 2 minute walk to Marche Forville (open every morning) to enjoy this lovely and traditional French outdoor market.
