Delightful Tuscan villa within easy reach of Lucca, situated in the beautiful '10 castelli' region of Northern Tuscany. Beautiful uninterrupted views surround this newly architect restored house. No expense has been spared on the conversion, which features contemporary furniture contrasted with original Tuscan features. A heated swimming pool and sun terrace and extensive gardens with fruit and olive trees complete the scene.

This is a treat not to be missed.

On the ground floor are a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom, a shower room, laundry room, inner hall and staircase

On the first floor are master bedroom with King-size bed & ensuite bathroom, twin bedded room, double bedroom with mezzanine floor above (also with twin beds) and a family bathroom.

The kitchen is of a high standard with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and water purifier. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Pizza oven. Ample parking.

This property has been lovingly restored and acts as our holiday home for several great weeks a year. We love BBQs, swimming, and cycling round Lucca.

Thanks so much for an amazing holiday. We had a big birthday and three generations of family in the house-but there was something for everyone. The pool and gardens are lovely and the fruit trees bursting with rich cherries. Wonderfully equipped house too -A superb find!

This area of Tuscany is special, which gives a taste of real Italy. The locals are incredibly friendly and whilst close to Pescia, Lucca and even within easy reach of Florence, the unspoilt beauty of the views, beautiful sun downers and slightly off the tourist beaten track enables you to experience genuine Tuscany.
