Our stay in Altea

We had a great stay in this Apartment, very close to all amenities and a beautiful beach view, please remember youre beach shoes! Great to have sun beds for the pool or the beach, we had some lovely meals in the old town which is amazing for views & ambience but we loved a little place on the front call “enjoy” it was the best food and wonderful owners. Eric the owner of the apartment was easy to converse with. We would reccomend his place

A BREAK BY THE SEA

The apartment is just as it says, overlooking the sea a walk into Altea itself, 15mins by car to Calpe, 30 mins by car to Benidorm and Moirara totally adequate for 2 people

Lovely little apartment, sympathetic owners.

We had a great time in this apartment! The building is situated right by the ocean, at a comparatively quiet section of the beach. The view from the veranda is lovely, especially at sunrise. The bikes makes it easy to zip into Altea for a meal, or go for an afternoon ride along the beachfront, into Albir perhaps. The Cap Negret Tram station is very close, if one wants to go to Benidorm, Alicante, Calpe or Denia. Our expectations pertaining to the facilities, cleanliness, equipment etc. were certainly met, and we were especially impressed with the way the owners and their local representative ensured that the formalities went smoothly, and how they seemed genuinely willing to do what they could to enhance our stay in Altea. We would certainly want to rent this unit again, and we would also recommend it to others like us. Siw & Klaus, Norway

Teleurstellend, geen zonlicht, uitzicht op parkeerplaats

Wij zijn er drie dagen verbleven, terwijl wij een maand hadden geboekt. Nimmer zonlicht binnen, daardoor koud en somber. Uitzicht op parkeerplaats. Het appartement was netje en goed ingericht. Maar je komt toch voor de zon, zonlicht en de warmte
