About the property

A second floor apartment with great views of Mont Blanc and 5 balconies

This is a wonderful 100m² apartment. It comes with three bedrooms and is located on the Rue Paccard in the very centre of Chamonix. It can sleep up to eight people in comfort.

It is on the 2nd floor of the old Hotel Lutetia (lift access) and has retained its beautiful arched doors and the wood panelling. It is deliberately kept in its original style to blend in with this old building.

It has one Double, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with two bunk bed units. It has a large and very comfortable antique lounge, complete with an open fireplace, family crest and a stained glass window. There is a separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. There are 5 balconies facing to three sides of this apartment, south looking directly at Mt Blanc, east looking onto the town and the Aiguilles Rouges and west looking onto Brevant.

This is a very comfortable family apartment where you will feel instantly at home and relaxed. There are lots of books and games for kids. Wifi has been newly installed. It has unlimited hot water, central heating and secure private garage parking (€40.00/week extra).

This is in the very centre of Chamonix, on the main street in the pedestrian zone, wonderfully located for all the shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop for free transfers to all the ski areas is just two minutes walk away.

The rental price includes linen, towels, final cleaning and holiday taxes.

We like to personally check-in our customers and aim to greet you when you arrive in Chamonix. If this is not possible we will give you a detailed explanation in order for you to self check-in. We will always be contactable in the event a problem may arise and will try to meet you before you leave Chamonix. If a late check-in (after 9pm) is unavoidable then a €30.00 late check-in fee may be charged.

We do take a €200.00 deposit on booking which also acts as your damage waiver which will be returned to you shortly after you leave.

We can supply you with skis and snowboards for your winter ski holiday. We can also look after your airport transfer, you ski lessons or guiding. We can provide Bikes for the summer, but please request these before you arrive. We have a mini-bus service to take you mountain biking, Golfing, Skiing, Heli-skiing, to the lake or just sight seeing. There is an extra charge for this. We can show you (all these are just walking distance from the apartment) to an indoor, outdoor swimming pool, Adventure Park or whitewater rafting.

Great location, roomy, comfortable apartment

The apartment was in a great location, very close to all the shops and restaurants and easy access to bus stop and lift. Fergus was very helpful and responsive during our stay.

Great location, lovely apartment

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of July. Firstly the location is ideal, so central and with a handy supermarket next door. The apartment itself is lovely, spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of light, as is the sitting room. The bathrooms are nice and clean with a great bath and shower. The balconies afford stunning views of the mountains. Had a wonderful stay here and would recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Character appartment in central Chamonix

We stayed as a group of 4 adults and three kids with the intention of skiing for 4 days. The apartment was perfect for us as we were able to hire skis virtually opposite the apartment and the bus stop for transit to the numerous skiing areas is a 5 minute walk.

The apartment is located within a traditional historic french building which has the benefit of lift. We found the bedrooms, especially the one with the bunk beds to be excellent as this was ideal for the children. The large living area worked really well for us as we could sit around on the large sofas , chat and then enjoy our family meals together. The kitchen is compact but the living area is cavernous and both compliment each other and made meal times great fun. The kids could then make use of the wifi.We didn't feel limited at all by the size of the kitchen.

The central heating was perfectly adequate and kept us all nice and cosy and there was always piping hot water.The showering and bathing facilities again were great. The heating allowed us to dry off skiing gear in readiness for the next day.

Whilst there the weather was fantastic and the apartment allows fantastic views of Mont Blanc and in the early evening you can stand on the small balcony and watch life pass by.

We all had a great time which was in no small measure due to the great apartment. We will defintitely book again.

Clean Central Comfortable Conveneient

I've stayed in this lovelyapartment three times in the last two years: once in the winter and twice in the spring. the flat has a superb central location, barely five minutes from the town squares and two from the bus stops for transportation to the slopes. The views of Mont Blanc and le Brevant from the balconies are stunning. I found the apartment very snug in the winter - wet skiing gear dried out perfectly overnight. The apartment is very spacious and is full of character with a very large and convivial sitting and dining area. There is a television for watching DVDs. The kitchen is relatively small and old fashioned but it is perfectly well equipped for the making of meals. The large modern bathroom with its french doors opens on to a view of the mountain.

I am hoping to book the apartment again this winter.

Great location

My husband, mother and two children stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in August. It was spacious and clean and in a wonderful location. We had a car, however we never used it as we could walk to everything or talk a quick bus ride. You are very centrally located to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the ski lifts. If I go back to Chamonix, I would stay at this apartment again if available.

Great flat.

I have stayed there twice (January 2015 and July 2016). The flat is great and is centrally located with panoramic views. If available, hope to re-visit again in winter.
