About the property

A second floor apartment with great views of Mont Blanc and 5 balconies

This is a wonderful 100m² apartment. It comes with three bedrooms and is located on the Rue Paccard in the very centre of Chamonix. It can sleep up to eight people in comfort.

It is on the 2nd floor of the old Hotel Lutetia (lift access) and has retained its beautiful arched doors and the wood panelling. It is deliberately kept in its original style to blend in with this old building.

It has one Double, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with two bunk bed units. It has a large and very comfortable antique lounge, complete with an open fireplace, family crest and a stained glass window. There is a separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. There are 5 balconies facing to three sides of this apartment, south looking directly at Mt Blanc, east looking onto the town and the Aiguilles Rouges and west looking onto Brevant.

This is a very comfortable family apartment where you will feel instantly at home and relaxed. There are lots of books and games for kids. Wifi has been newly installed. It has unlimited hot water, central heating and secure private garage parking (€40.00/week extra).

This is in the very centre of Chamonix, on the main street in the pedestrian zone, wonderfully located for all the shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop for free transfers to all the ski areas is just two minutes walk away.

The rental price includes linen, towels, final cleaning and holiday taxes.

We like to personally check-in our customers and aim to greet you when you arrive in Chamonix. If this is not possible we will give you a detailed explanation in order for you to self check-in. We will always be contactable in the event a problem may arise and will try to meet you before you leave Chamonix. If a late check-in (after 9pm) is unavoidable then a €30.00 late check-in fee may be charged.

We do take a €200.00 deposit on booking which also acts as your damage waiver which will be returned to you shortly after you leave.

We can supply you with skis and snowboards for your winter ski holiday. We can also look after your airport transfer, you ski lessons or guiding. We can provide Bikes for the summer, but please request these before you arrive. We have a mini-bus service to take you mountain biking, Golfing, Skiing, Heli-skiing, to the lake or just sight seeing. There is an extra charge for this. We can show you (all these are just walking distance from the apartment) to an indoor, outdoor swimming pool, Adventure Park or whitewater rafting.

Great accomodation and location in the centre of Chamonix

We stayed here from 26th Jan to 31st Jan for our annual ski holiday. Our party was 7 adults.

We got the Cham Express from Geneva and the dropoff point was literary 3 mins walk from the accommodation entrance . Fergal met us outside the apartment and then showed us around the apartment. The location was brilliant with everything you need on your doorstep.

The ski bus stop to all areas was again 3 mins walk from the apartment.

The kitchen had everything you need for self catering. For those who prefer to dine out there are many restaurants within a stones throw away from the Apartment .

I would highly recommend this apartment for those who like to be in the centre of town and also like easy access to the bus for the various ski areas. Enjoy.

Good but it needed a few tweaks.

We had a great holiday in Chamonix. Skiing was great. The flat was clean and situation was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

Just a few things would make it great.1. Some sharp knives.2. Sort out the draughts around the windows.3. Better lighting, particularly in double bedroom and sitting room. 4. Sort out the lock on the toilet door.

Great location, charm and a bit tired...

We were so excited about going to Chamonix, and we found the pictures are true to the actual property!

We were, however, confronted with a dirty and inadequate home when we arrived. Our host, Fergal, was there to make things right. He came over straight away and brought new linens and 2 housekeepers, who cleaned all of our complaints away.

Although the location was right on the main street, the property was quiet and removed on the 3rd floor of this charming older building. The elevator was a bonus for moving in and out, grocery shopping and little kids back and forth!

The split bathrooms were great for everyone to use, and my only suggestion here is to have more storage, counter space and hooks and towel bars to hang things (i.e. wet towels, etc) Actually hooks everywhere (entry, bedrooms, kitchen) would really solve some of the storage deficits.

The kitchen was adequately sized and sorely in need of an upgrade. It was poorly stocked for cooking, but we made the most of it. It wouldn't take much to make it charming and useful.

The beds were comfortable and the bunks were awesome, especially for the kids!

If I head back to beautiful Chamonix, I would consider this property again, if the upgrades were in place...

Thank you again Fergal, for your help with everything! You really saved the day (week!). Thank you Chamonix for the beautiful blanket of snow and a White Christmas!

Great location, roomy, comfortable apartment

Great location, lovely apartment

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of July. Firstly the location is ideal, so central and with a handy supermarket next door. The apartment itself is lovely, spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of light, as is the sitting room. The bathrooms are nice and clean with a great bath and shower. The balconies afford stunning views of the mountains. Had a wonderful stay here and would recommend this place to anyone visiting.
