Ideally located in the center of Cannes, 5 minutes walk from the Croisette and the steps of the Palais des Festivals, pedestrian shopping street, this apartment renovated in 2013 welcomes both holidaymakers and business travelers. Equipment comfort favoring a stay in good conditions. (Air conditioning, internet, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, 2 TV, international channels ..)

It is located in a typical building of Old Cannes, the first floor. The living room with fitted kitchen faces south, sunny and air-conditioned. Equipped with a sofa bed (with mattress topper for added comfort of the bed) for 2 persons, dining table 4, TV with bouquet of international channels. A room with storage, bed 140 cm for 2 persons, TV with Freeview channels and storage. Shower room with toilet.

Easily accessible with or without a car, you will be close to the train station or bus. Supermarket down the street, beaches, Palais des Festivals, Croisette and Rue d'Antibes is less than 5 minutes walk.

If you want to park your car, I recommend the Ferrage Parking Pietons whose output is 50 m from the apartment. (1 hour free parking, ticket week 75 €,)

Excellent location for business or leisure

Lovely first floor 1 bedroom apartment just 5 mins from Palais and near great bars and restaurants in the Old town. Very clean and modern with good facilities ideal for 1 or 2 guests. No outside space but close to beaches. Marc is a helpful and charming host.

Great apartment

My husband and I stayed at Marc's apartment for a week and we loved it. The apartment is very spacious, in fact the pictures don't do it justice, newly remodeled, with a modern kitchen, and overall great space. I am pretty picky about cleanliness and was happy to see how clean and well maintained it was.

Marc was very polite, responded to our requests/questions quickly and was very flexible about our check in/check out times which were late at night and early in the morning respectively.

With respect to Cannes, we just loved it all and were very glad we picked to stay in Cannes and not in Nice. Cannes is more cozy, not as crowded and Nice, but still a touristy place so you still get the feeling that you are on vacation. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a central location so you are never too far from anything. The bus to Nice is only a 5 min walk from the apartment, a sandy beach about 10 mins walk, the Carrefour supermarket about 2 mins up the street.

All in all, we felt the apartment had everything we wanted and if we return to Cannes, we'll definitely contact Marc.

Comodo, pulito, a due passi dalla Croisette

l'appartement était trés bien un peu bruyant mais on s'y fait par la suite.

Faire le nécessaire au niveau de la douche car celle ci se bouche facillement

tout est à proximité gare ,mer commerce, pas besoin de voiture .

(à titre personnel le changement des couvertures serait le bienvenu )

si non rien à dire tout est nickel dans l'appartement.

l'appart idéal

L'appartement est propre et bien équipé (peut être qu'un lave vaisselle serait plus utile qu'un lave linge). Les casseroles tefal sont en bon états ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas.

Il est très bien situé : on est tout de suite au cœur de Cannes. On peut aussi profiter de la proximité de la gare routière pour visiter Nice (au prix imbattable de 3€ AR !!). Il y a un parking juste à coté (gratuit la 1ere heure) qui facilite grandement le chargement/déchargement des bagages).

Bref nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce charmant appartement.
