Beautifully presented penthouse with fabulous views across open space, down to San Juan and across to Alicante. Set in a quiet peaceful location, gated community with secure parking. Centrally located for easy access to all local areas.

Self-contained, self catering penthouse, beautifully furnished, just 25 minutes from Alicante airport. Internet wifi access and full airconditioning. The apartment nestles at the foot of the mountains, surrounded by hiking trails. Enjoy the beautiful pristine pool, or sun bake in solitude on the rooftop of your own apartment. Relax with a glass of wine or dine alfresco, BBQ on the balcony, or energise yourself at the tennis court or golf course.

This apartment boast secure parking with remote controlled gate access. You’ll be just 10 minutes from the beach (San Juan De Alicante) and 3kms from the nearest town, Mutxamel, which has a great variety of shopping and Spanish cuisine. This is one holiday opportunity that is not to be missed.

Modern fully furnished apartment with airconditioning throughout. The Penthouse has all mod cons and is tastefully furnished. The shower has large jets which sooth those aching limbs. There is a large HD color Television with english channels to increase your enjoyment. An IPOD docking station for you to enjoy your favourite music. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your needs. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have ample storage space for your luggage.

On entering the front door you have the kitchen to your right. In front of you is the lounge and dining area. Both the kitchen and lounge have doors leading onto the balcony where there is a stairway leading to the solarium which has fantastic views and great for sun bathing in privacy.

To the rear of the dining area there is a small hallway way with access to both bedrooms, one with double bed and the other has twin single beds. The bathroom which features a power shower and jets also has the washing facilities for your clothes.

Just below the apartments there is a beautiful communal pool with garden area for sunbathing and soaking up the sun or relaxing with a book.

Below the apartment to the rear is the private parking space.

The terrace from the lounge and kitchen area is fantastic for a BBQ and al fresco dining with a nice cool glass of wine or soaking up the sun.

L'appartement est bien situé dans une urbanisation calme comprenant des espagnols et des étrangers. Les gens sont aimables. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Vive la clim, car l'été est chaud... Karen, la dame qui nous a accueillie est très serviable et disponible. Merci à elle.

Je vous recommande ce lieu si vous voulez passer d'agréables moments en famille. Bien sûr la voiture est indispensable, mais on reste à proximité de tout.

Vacciones tranquilas

La casa es tal como se ven en las fotos (excepto que no tiene hidromasaje). Los muebles son bastante nuevos, los colchones son buenos, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de toda la casa y dormir bien.

La urbanización tiene un piscina grande. A pesar de la fecha, no hemos pasado calor, ya que al estar fuera del pueblo y en un poco de altura, siempre corría una brisa agradable.

La unica desventaja es que hay que usar coche para todo, pero si no. quiere usarlo, llenando la nevera, se pueden pasar unos días atrincherados en el piso, disfrutando de su terraza grande y de la riquísima piscina.
