Located at the centre of the picturesque village of Ericeira, Casa da Graça has been the family's reenergizing vacation spot, for several generation since de beginning of the XVIII century.

The house was entirely renewed in the beginning of 2016, to comfortably welcome up to 10 guests with a modern edge.

The house boasts an exquisite location, simultaneously close to the beach and the village center, its breathtaking view over the sea and the living room's openness onto the house's interior patio creates a delightful and relaxing atmosphere for a refreshing outdoor breakfast, a cold beer during sunset after a day on the beach or the inevitable summer barbecues.

Casa da Graça is a 3-storey house and provides 5 rooms, 4WC’s and a fully equipped kitchen with an eating area.

Excellent time and wonderful help

We hired out both this property and another one, Casa dos Pátios for a week for a family wedding. We have a large group and needed the space for the numerous young children to run around. Both properties were great for this with good outdoor space to allow us to open the doors and let the children run free.

From the off, the service we received was sensational. André patiently and quickly answered all our queries running up to our holiday and on arrival we were met by the very friendly owner, Ana Margarida who showed us around both properties and provided a some insightful directions about the town.

The houses were great for our needs and were very well set up including a wonderful outdoor “Wendy House” for the children to play in.

Upon leaving, we had an issue with the taxi that was due to pick us up with the provider refusing to answer our calls. As the time of our flight rapidly approached Ana Margarida gratefully stepped up and contacted the taxi company and proceeded to give them what I understood to be a firm dressing down about customer service. This seemed to do the trip with the taxis soon arriving and the family able to get to the airport on time.

We have a wonderful stay at Casa dos Graca and would 100% recommend it to anyone – we will definitely stay there again if we return to Ericeira

Charming house

The house is very charming with excellent location and magnificent views. The street is quiet yet close to restaurants and shops. The village has everything you need; bars, restaurants, shops etc.

  • The lower floor is made of the LOWER SUITE, with a double bed and private bathroom. The sea breeze entering through the open window, together with the calm sounds of the picturesque street make this room a real haven. Still on this floor, there is a three single bed bedroom with private toilet and direct access to the patio. The first floor of the house is organized around the PATIO. The kitchen, dinning area and living room open onto each other and together with the patio create a dynamic and versatile space. Still on this floor is a bathroom and the SEA SUITE, with a double bed and a small private living room where to retreat for a siesta, or a good book accompanied by by a glass of wine and the sea as scenery. On the top floor, there is one bathroom and two bedrooms The PATIO ROOM and the SEA ROOM. One is a three single bed bedroom, overlooking the patio. The other is the "star" room of the house, where you can lay in the double bed and look out onto the framed view of the sea.

Notes:

  • The Casa da Graça will be fully cleaned upon arrival of guests. For stays of two weeks, a full cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is included on the Saturday morning following the entry. Animals are allowed to stay, as long as this is notified to the owners when booking. Given that this is a renovated property the house has several steps and stairs between various compartments. Please take this into consideration if you have small children and / or persons with reduced mobility. With this said please note that throughout our history we have welcomed guests with the aforementioned in their party and have never experienced any problems.
