Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa, with private pool

Casa Julio is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private villa, with a lovely private swimming pool, located in the heart of Albufeira town, only 4 minutes walk from the main part of the strip in the New town where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, nightclubs and night-life. Although very close to the strip it is in-between the new town and the old town, making it accessible if you which to visit both areas. Oura's sandy beach is a 6 minute walk where you can enjoy and relaxing on the sandy beach, dipping into the sea where there are plenty of water sports on offer. With many bars, cafés and restaurants looking onto the sea to easily cater for all.

Casa Julio is a newly fitted villa, with all furniture, bathrooms, and kitchen with integrated appliances new for the 2013 season. It has air conditioning in the living room, and all bedrooms with a neutral light cream porcelain tile throughout the villa.

As you enter the gate to the villa which is located on a quiet, private corner plot you will access the spacious grounds to the villa with a parking area on immediate entry. To the right is the main front door with the private south facing swimming pool receiving direct sunlight throughout the day with sun loungers, built in BBQ and outside dining area surrounding the pool to provide an excellent entertaining space. The villa is fully fenced off for privacy and security.

As you enter the villa through the main door you are met by the central hallway with bedroom 1 directly off to the left, as you go past bedroom 1 the open plan kitchen living room is to the right.

As you continue past the door to the living room bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are accessed with the main communal bathroom centrally located beside bedrooms 2 and 3.

All the accommodation is located on ground floor level which makes it ideal for those with children and people with disabilities. All windows and doors have metal bars for extra security with a safe located inside the villa.

The Living room, internal dining area and kitchen are all open plan with 2 large glass sliding doors looking out onto the swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob with granite worktop.

The sitting room enjoys a spacious sitting area to accommodate 10 people comfortably with the breakfast area beside the fully integrated kitchen. There is a separate laundry area off the kitchen. The open plan living area has air conditioning, digital television, coffee table and 3 sofas.

The configuration of the bedrooms is as follows:

Bedroom 1: Located beside the main entrance to the villa with Double bed and a single bed, fitted wardrobe, beside table, dressing table and large en suite shower room. With air conditioning

Bedroom 2: Located beside the living room and main bathroom, with fitted wardrobes, bedside table, double bed, and dressing table with mirror. There is a hair dryer located in one of the drawers. With air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Located beside bedroom 2 and 4 and directly outside the main bathroom. With Double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: Located at the end of the hallway with fitted wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, en suite shower facilities, and 3 single beds

The main bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, toilet and sink with vanity unit.

All furnishing have been finished to a high modern standard.

Outside the villa the private pool is approximately 8x4m with mosaic tiles. The 10 sun loungers surround the pool with the outside dining area shaded just outside the sliding doors of the living room and looking onto the pool.

The pool is heated via the solar panel dispensing excess heat from the Panel to the pool, allowing the water the heat comfortable level.

There is a pool table at the side of the villa which looks onto the swimming pool. The BBQ is located outside next to the door to the kitchen for ease of access to supply and serve food next to the swimming pool.

The Villa is very private and secure with a high white fence surrounding the villa and metal bars on all windows and doors. There is a safe located in the villa for guests to store their valuables.

Fantastic Location, property and management!! ****

Booked this villa for a hen party. It was perfect!! Everything you need is within 5minutes of a walk. The villa itself was everything we needed! Definitely recommend this location and property! The manager Jim who I booked through was fabulous and helped me with transfers from the airport and made things a whole lot easier. The housekeeper Miguel was also fantastic, thanks to them they made the holiday that bit more special!

Will definitely be returning as soon as able!

Casa Julio is located in the centre of Albufeira town, it is located on a quiet road with the benefit of being just a 5 minute walk to the strip where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, and nightlife.

The Old Town is a 15 minute walk with the more established restaurants with bars and nightlife along the historic cobbled roads with a beautiful sandy beach with beautiful sea views.

'The Strip', includes popular bars such as Mickey Boons, Matt's Bar, Patcha, Cuica, Café del Mar, Café Mambo, Savannah Bar, Rick's Place Bar, Zoo, BJ's,Blue Star Cafe, Garage, Reno's, La Bamba, Jazz, Gaggs, and Wild & Co and sultan bar. There is also an extremely popular nightclub, Kiss which is located along the way down to the beach.

Oura beach is approximately 7 minutes walk away with Forte Sao Joao beach 10 minutes walk away.

There are plenty of supermakets located close by. The largest supermarket 'Modelo' is located 10 minutes walk from the villa. There is a spar supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

If you require assistance with airport transfers please contact us and we will be able to arrange this for you and email you your transfer vouchers that you just need to print off and provide to the driver on arrival. Payment for this service can be made directly to the driver when you arrive at the villa and again when you are dropped back off at the airport on your final day.

The Algarve coast is known for some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The Algarve has approximately 3000 hours of sunshine a year and is generally Dry.

Jan-March = Warm during the day, gets cold once the sun goes down

April - May = Hotter and Dryer, warmer in the evenings

June - September = Hot and Dry Morning , Day and Night

October = 24 degrees during the Day, ideal for Golf

November - December = Generally Warm but bring a jumper

Albufeira is one of the top holiday destinations in the Algarve. With its mix of New and Old Town. The old town remains an unusually pretty village with its narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. In the day time walk around all the local shops and have a drink in one of the many Bar's and Restaurant over looking the picturesque beaches. In the night watch the town come alive with street performers and music . In one of the many great Restaurant's why not try chicken piri piri one of the local dishes.

In the New Town you have late Bars and Discos open in the early hours. With some more great Restaurants. Also don't forget about Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine all with in 20min drive and some of finest golf course with in 10min drive.

Albufeira is the largest resort in the Algarve with excellent golf courses within easy reach. Located in central Algarve.

Golf Courses: Algarve has some of the best Golf courses of all differing scales and prices.

Recommended Restaurant: A Quinta - Located in Loule

It has 300 or more days of sunshine annually. The Spanish border is only 45 min on the A22 Eastward, it is possible to get a ferry to Morocco it approx a half hour crossing.. Vilamoura (resort) is only 10 min away, it is a Golfers and Yachting paradise. The largest shopping centre in the Algarve is less then10 min drive, located in Guia village, 'Shopping Algarve' Complex has everything, Cinemas , 10 Pin Bowling Fast food outlets , restaurants + all the main high street shops. On the opposite side of the road to 'Shopping Algarve' you have the Retail Park with all your electrical and home needs. Lisbon + Fatima can be seen on a day trip by train from Albufeira station.

For stays of less than five nights please contact the property manager for a quote. Check in is after 2pm and check out is 11am. We can be flexible on these times if we do not have a short change over period, please enquire for the times that you wish to arrive and depart from the villa. We can store your luggage for you if you are arriving early and can hold your luggage if you have a late departure.

We can be flexible on the number of days that you wish to stay. If you are booking for less than 5 days then the cost per day will increase.Please contact us for a quote.In order to process your booking we will require a non refundable 25% deposit with the remaining amount due 6 weeks prior to arrival.Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, paypal, or over the phone by credit/debit card.
