The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.


The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (14 minutes walk)

Oura Beach is less than 15 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink. The villa has good sea views with private terraces to the 1st floor bedrooms

Bedroom 4: Main bedroom - Located on the 1st floor, has a solid wood double bed, with side tables, built in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and south facing private terrace looking onto the sea. We can provide an additional single bed in this room if required.
