Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and exceptionally bright apartment. Design furniture

The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom flat with a large and comfortable double bedroom, a large single bedroom with an extra sized single bed. the flat is also provided with a double sofa-bed. The apartment has a kitchen that is equipped with ll the necessary to cook all possible dishes. The dining area can host comfortably 6 adults. The bathrooms are one full with a large shower cabin and a other bathroom with jut sink and WC but with a Wash&Dry machine. The flat is exceptionally bright and the floor heating guarantees a good feeling and temperature in the cold months. The air conditioning is in every room.

Nice apartment, excellent location

Very convenient location about midway between St. Mark's Square and Rialto. There are very few bridges between the apartment and Rialto which makes pulling luggage with rollers more manageable. The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely furnished, well maintained and quiet. The Red House Company managers provided good information and were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julian 1 and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Apartment in Central Location

Beautiful apartment between San Marco and Rialto yet in a quiet street. Close to the waterbus stations. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need. It is very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We loved every minute and would highly recommend the apartment .

Julian Venice

The location of the flat was ideal for us and was very quiet. It was also spacious and suited our family set up with our daughter and the baby. The flat was very clean and well maintained and accessible to many restaurants and places of interest. I have already recommended it to friends in the UK.

Merci à nos hôtes de la Red House Co. pour leur accueil chaleureux et personnalisé ! L'appartement était impeccable, doté d'une cuisine bien équipée et deux chambres confortables. Ceci dit, la plus grande qualité de cet appartement, c'est sa location : 5 min de la Piazza San Marco et 10 min du Rialto, parfait !

This fantastic flat is just off Saint' Mark Square, literally 3 minutes’ walk from the square and in the direction of Rialto, so it is very close also to the other major Venice attraction. The proximity to supermarkets and groceries makes it extremely convenient.

The transportation is either from the stop of Saint Mark or Rialto as the flat is pretty much in the middle. Private water taxis can approach in the nearby canal that is 20 meters from the flat's entrance.



  • A deposit of 35% of the rent is required in order to secure the booking

    The security deposit is of €400

    The possible additional guests in the sofa bed will pay 30 euro per person per night for the full lenght of the rental. The exact number of guests arriving has to be communicated at least 48 hours before the arrival date. Any extra request of linen and towel's sets will have a cost per person of 15 euros.
