From the living room you will find a superbly equipped kitchen. Los Olivos self catering apartments include a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. In High Season all rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of 7 nights stay.

At all other times we can offer flexible arrival and departure dates.

Minimum rate is £321 for any booking.

We can accept payment in GBP Sterling and Euros and via credit or debit card.

We are happy to offer discounts for last minute bookings - contact us for details.

We require a 30% deposit in order to secure and reserve the property and the balance 10 weeks prior to departure. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of departure we require payment in full.

We also require £250,- refundable damage deposit. Returned within 7 days after the property has been inspected.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
