5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom detached house with a hot tub and parking

Great Weston Farmhouse stands in a commanding position in the centre of Crantock Village. From here one can walk to the local shop for newspapers, freshly baked bread and pasties and so much more. There are two nearby pubs that can be walked to in minutes.

Great Weston Farmhouse has an enclosed garden to the front and rear. The front is lawned with shrubs and faces south. The rear garden is decked and has great storage for surf boards or bicycles. There is also a log store. Also to the rear is the hot tub with outside warm shower.

Crantock Beach is about a 5 minute walk away so this house is a great base for keen surfers and water babies. Come back in the afternoons to the hot waters of the hot tub and ease your muscles.

There is a downstairs bedroom and full bathroom. There is a log burner in the sitting room and much has been made of the original features, including the original slate floor, but there are modern touches to make life easier and more comfortable.

There is a breakfast room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There is plenty of china - pots, bowls, saucepans, glasses, frying pans, food processor, slow cooker etc etc etc!

The large dining area on a mezzanine off the lounge is a great space for family get togethers enjoying culinary delights whipped up in the well stocked kitchen.

Upstairs there are 3 ensuite bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an anteroom with a single bed in. Ideal for younger family members.
