This stunning 5* villa is situated in an exclusive avenue where it occupies a fantastic PRIVATE 1,200 m² south facing plot in one of the best areas of Moraira! Villa Cap Blanc has all the amenities and luxuries necessary for a fantastic holiday, these include walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, lovely restaurants and bars. A gated private driveway leads to ample parking and double garage and electric sliding gates. Features include full air conditioning in the lounge/living room and master bedroom suite and ceiling fans in remaining rooms. internet/ Wi Fi, central heating/wood burner, spacious American style kitchen with centre island, double American fridge/freezer and ice maker, water filtration system and other appliances, including microwave, electric fan oven, three ring wok burner gas hob, wine & beer fridge and washing machine. The double aspect living/dining room has a smart TV with both English and Spanish channels.The master bedroom has a Super king size bed and double sofa bed with an extensive range built in wardrobes with a spacious en-suite bathroom. There are a further two double bedrooms; one which can be configured with either a king-size bed or 2 single beds and the other with king size bed and large shower room. The main feature has to be the fabulous 12 x 8 meter kidney shaped swimming pool with roman steps!

Villa Cap Blanc is perfectly situated on a large secluded plot in the exclusive residential area of Cap Blanc in Moraira. The accommodation is neatly arranged over one level and comprises of Entrance leading onto south facing naya, reception hall with double doors leading to the spacious L Shaped living room with smart TV and separate dining area, there are French doors leading out to the covered terrace. The American Style kitchen is fully fitted with Centre Island, double American fridge/freezer with water filtration system and ice maker, microwave, fan assisted oven, hob, and washing machine. The Master bedroom has king size bed with double sofa bed and an extensive range built in wardrobes and spacious wet room style en-suite bathroom. There are a further two double bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other with double bed and large wet room style guest bathroom. This fabulous villa occupies 1200 square meters of beautiful landscaped private south facing gardens with an array of stocked flower and shrub borders including lemon, olive, grapefruit and banana trees. A true feature of the Villa is the private 12 x 6 meter free form kidney shaped swimming pool with underwater lighting and roman steps which soaks up the sun from early morning until the sun sets. Electric sliding gates lead to ample secure parking at the front of the property which leads to double garage.

The property is only minutes walk from the natural beauty of the Cap Blanc coastline in an area full of cliffs with excellent viewpoints from which you can watch impressive scenes of clear blue and green waters and take a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean.

There are more than 100 national and international bars and restaurants to choose from in the area, ranging from simple tapas bars through to international Michelin starred restaurants. There are a good selection situated within a few minutes walk of the villa where you can enjoy a refreshing glass of wine or two without having to take the car.

The main beach in Moraira is L'Ampolla which is within walking distance and stands at the foot of the castle. Of golden sand, it is the largest and most popular beach in the area, with an excellent range of facilities such as games, children's play area, beach umbrellas, hammocks, washbasins for the feet, a watch tower, restaurants, an office of the Red Cross and a parking area.

The beach at El Portet has been awarded the Blue Flag, and is a quiet, picturesque cove with a fine sand beach and crystal clear water. From here you can climb up to the watch tower of Cap d'Or. There are two other coves as you head out on the road towards Calpe.

Villa cap blanc is superbly situated off the Moraira/Calpe coast road and occupies a totally secluded and secure plot. It features beautiful landscaped south facing gardens with an array of stocked flower and shrub borders including lemon, grapefruit, olive and banana trees. A true feature of the villa is definitely the private 12 x 6 m kidney shaped PRIVATE swimming pool with underwater lighting and roman steps which soaks up the sun from early morning until the sun sets, ideal for enjoying a chilled glass of wine. Electric sliding gates lead to ample secure parking at the front of the property. The spacious lounge/dining overlooks the well lit pool and gardens. There is a comfortable 3 and 2 piece leather sofa arrangement together with coffee tables and a open fireplace, dining table and chairs. This room has air conditioning/central heating , up lighters and smart TV.

Fabulous Villa and Location

Just had the most amazing time for the 2nd year running, everything you need for a fabulously relaxed holiday. Stunning Villa, amazing pool and location is perfect for visiting local beaches and restaurants, our favourite is Canis restaurant at Benemarco, excellent paella. You will need a car if you want to explore further afield but lots within walking distance. Our first family holiday to include 7th Month old Grandson Hugo, he just loved the pool.

Relaxing in comfort and beautiful surroundings-can't do better than Villa Cap Blanc-Wow Villa

This is our 3rd stay in this wonderful villa, ideal location with shops and facilities within a short walk, on this visit we were accompanied by two of my partners sons and their partners plus 18th month old grandson Hugo and there was something for all of us. Wonderful restaurants nearby for relaxing lunches (our particular favourite El Canis at Benimarco amazing paella with a stunning view of Calpe rock), into the town of Moraira for that bit of retail therapy and then back to the peacefulness of the Villa and pool with its stunning gardens. A few drinks and Barbecue in the evenings rounds up a fabulous day.

Just had an amazing three weeks at Villa Cap blanc for the third time! This speaks volumes as we have never stayed in the same place twice!! The villa is immaculately kept, very peaceful and really is starting to feel like a second home for us. Some new restaurants have popped up in the area since our last stay we really enjoyed the live entertainment and food at Plan B which is a five-minute walk, incredible food! We also hired out some kayaks this time which was great fun and a perfect day out exploring the local coves and coast line. As always Nikki, the owner could not be more helpful making sure that everything was in place for our arrival. This Villa does get booked out and we had to adjust our dates slightly and in hindsight should have secured the dates earlier. Already looking to book it out for next year and would not hesitate to recommend.

We have just arrived back from Villa Cap Blanc and had an amazing time! We did not want to leave the Villa as it was so tranquil and really does have everything! The owner Nikki was a joy to deal with and was always a text away to answer any questions.

When we did manage to break away from the Villa we found some lovely restaurants nearby, and a beach restaurant which served amazing paella in such a beautiful setting we just had to visit a second time. The gardens and pool area are huge, well-kept and private as is the Villa. We were a party of four very satisfied customers that will definitely be booking again!

The region boasts at least 300 sunny days each year with temperatures ranging from 14 degrees in winter to 30+ degrees in summer, giving it a micro climate, which is ideal for both holidays & year-round living. The sea & mountain air is highly recommended & the region is shielded from the cold winter winds of the interior by a screen of mountains. The World Health Organization has proclaimed that the Moraira, known as the Marina Alta has “one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world”.

Moraira is the 'Jewell in the Crown' of a resort situated between Javea and Calpe on the northern Costa Blanca. Originally a small fishing village it is now one of Spain finest areas. Pretty cobbled streets rise up behind the harbor filled with yachts. Between the port and sandy beaches are the remains of an old Moorish castle and a tiny chapel. The town has a splendid choice of charming restaurants and short drive will take you to the wine regions around the Jalon Valley where you can sample more of the traditional Spanish charm. The resort has a small but colorful main street, a large Marina, and an excellent variety of local shops. For a choice of flights from the UK, both Alicante and Valencia are easily accessible.

There are good facilities in Moraira for both windsurfing and Jet-ski, and there is also Go-karting available on the Teulada road. For Golf lovers, there is the 9 hole Club de Golf Ifach at the urbanization San Jaime.One of the largest water Parks in Europe is located at Aqualandia in Benidorm, with a wealth of swimming pools, rapids and slides too numerous to mention. For great shopping opportunities, Benidorm is just a short drive away, and offers a number of shopping Malls, with the La Marina Shopping Centre being one of the largest in this part of Spain. For typical cane and basket work, head for the small town of Gata de Gorgos which is renowned for its wide choice of produce in wicker and cane, and just outside the town, you will also find some of the area’s best ceramic shops. Moraira has a very popular and busy market on a Friday, selling excellent quality local produce as well as gifts and clothing. Places to Visit For a great day out for the family, head to Benidorm and experience the Terra Mitica Theme Park, divided into 5 areas of attractions, rides and shows which going back in time, display the mysteries of the most ancient and legendary civilizations of the Mediterranean. Also in Benidorm is the Mundomar marine and exotic animal park, with main attractions being the dolphin, seal and parrot shows. Benidoleig is famous for the ‘Cova de las Calaveres’ – a 400 metre long cave through which flows a subterranean river, surrounded by stalactites and stalagmites. Head inland for a popular visit to the El Algar Waterfalls where it is possible to swim beneath the chilly falls and picnic by the leafy pools. From there head up to Guadalest to the Eagles Nest Fortress, built by the Moors 1200 years ago, and inaccessible except for a tunnel carved through 50ft of solid rock. The panoramic views across the Costa Blanca from the pinnacle of the mountain top are superb.

Apart from the beautiful rocky and sandy beaches Moraira also has interesting sights like Castillo de Moraira. This fortress stands on a rocky hill at LAmpolla beach, you can´t miss it. It was built in the 18th century for the protection against attacks by Berber pirates. The unusual shape of the building is commonly known as pezua de buey (ox hoof) because of the semi-circular southern outside wall and the straight northern outside wall. Or visit the Parish Church of the Mare de Du dels Desemparats. This church was built between 1875 and 1878 and is situated in the centre of Moraira. The church has a rectangular shape and a quite plain and simple interior, except for the portrait of Virgen de los Desamparados and two beautiful mosaics.

The Torre de Vigilancia del Cap d´Or stands at the highest point of the Cap d´Or, on the edge of the rocky coastline. The tower is solid and does not have a doorway, to ascend the tower, a rope ladder was let down from above. There were also two cannons situated on the tower originally for defending the port of Moraira against attacks of Berber pirates.

The choice and quality of the cuisine in Moraira will be one of the most enjoyable memories of your holiday. You can experience a wide choice of restaurants and bars in the town and surrounding area. You can find English, Italian, French, German and Spanish cuisine.
