Threee bedrooms Two bathroom, Large Lounge with dining area, SKY TV Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Balcony to sit and look at the sea. Nice garden with large communal pool. Fantastic sea views. Large communal pool. Walk across the road down the steps to the main Burriana Beach, five-minute walk to the town centre and The Balcon de Europa, plenty of restaurants within two minutes to the apartment, Verdemar is a front line location. Nerja the easternmost town of the region known in Moorish times as Naricha, meaning rich in water, is 50 Kms from Malaga on the border with the Province of Granada. Nerja a charming little town, traditionally dependent on fishing and agriculture and sheltered by the mountains to the North it enjoys especially mild climate. Places worth visiting are the famous caves of Nerja, like a great prehistoric cathedral and the unforgettable Balcony of Europe in the very heart of the town.

Nerja. information.: Nerja, Southern Spain: Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from Malaga, and marks the eastern tip of Spain's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy village, the town now has a population of over 12,000. Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with a powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the other coastal resorts of Spain. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged. The heart of Nerja is it's spectacular Balcon de Europa (The balcony of Europe), a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Great location, clean and modern.

This is a beautiful property equipt with everything you might need for your stay. It is bright and clean with a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The onsite staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is the perfect location with a gentle stroll with no steep hills into the shops and the beautiful Balcon de Europa. The property management team, Tony, Anthony and Carol are extermely helpful and will do all they can to assist and advise you before and during your stay. Stayig in this appartment in beautiful Nerja is a real treat and I would highly reccomend it.
