The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and two half baths.
The master bedroom features an enormous king bed and gorgeous master bath. The master bath includes both a stand-in shower and a large hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the park.
Two additional rooms feature queen beds, and two more rooms include two twin beds in each; the villa sleeps 10 comfortably.
Indulge in your very own private swimming pool in the backyard. Relax on the patio, listen to music, or enjoy a family cook out on us! A BBQ grill is included on the patio for your private use.

Wonderful villa in great location

We loved the villa both in design and location . It was only 20 mins drive from Disney. It is on a quiet estate and felt safe as it was gated. A great supermarket was only a couple of minutes down the road and there was also a large Wal-Mart 15 minutes away . The pool was great for the kids . The owners responded immediately to any questions we had.

Great Villa, Great Location and an awesome host.

We've just got from a 15 night stay here and absolutely loved it. Everything was much better than photo's and you can tell there's been a lot of thought put in to the villa. It's definitely a home from home. We're looking at re-booking asap. Kids loved the games in the garage and the cable tv in EVERY room! We didn't have the pool heated, but it was fine once you were in. Just took a while to get in! :D Can't recommend this place enough. Very thoughtful and a lot of attention to detail to make our stay as welcoming and memorable as possible. thank you :)

Fantastic property!

We stayed as a family of 7 over Christmas and New Year. Scott is really helpful and easy to communicate with and the property itself is spacious and comfortable. The property is in a safe, gated community and the area is very peaceful. It is convenient for restaurants and shops. The drive to the Disney parks takes about 20 minutes and to Universal about 40 minutes. The roads are easy to drive on. There is a pool area and a games room as well as plenty of different seating spaces in the house for people to have some personal space. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I would highly recommend the house and the price is very reasonable.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

My family of 9 stayed at this beautiful house. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The house is very clean and located close to a lot of attractions. We went to Disney and Universal both were approximately 25 minutes away. My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and the beautiful pool. We had cook outs on the grill and had a great time ! We will definitely be returning!

Our family has always traveled to Walt Disney World since our 3 children were young and some of our best vacations have been spent there. Now that our family is growing we thought it would be a great idea to own a home in the area so future generations of our family could also enjoy the parks at a more reasonable cost.
