This 2024 Renovated Unit is located across the street from Naples Beautiful Beach and one block from fabulous dining and shopping on 3rd Street South. The condo offers 2 beautifully beach theme decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed and the Guest Bedroom offers 2 twin or a King sized bed (upon request). There are large flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room. Premium Cable is offered in this unit with Wifi. The remodeled Kitchenette offers a brand new cooktop, microwave/convection oven and an apartment sized refridgerator. The Dining Area offers beach style dining with bench seating. The pool is located a few paces from the front door. Designated parking is close to this first floor unit, making this unit one of the most convenient in the building. There is a laundry facility on the premises, located on the second floor with an elevator for easy access.

Apartment in Naples

Very nicely decorated apartment with lovely pool, extremely clean with everything you need. Excellent communication with Mary the owner who is extremely helpful. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic Apartment in a Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic apartment, in a fantastic location. There are shops and restaurants just a couple of mins walk away and the beach is a similar distance away. You couldn’t pick a better location even if you tried. The owner Mary has left nothing to chance and everything you need for you stay has been thought of. The apartment is absolutely superb. If your staying in Naples then book this apartment, you won’t be disappointed

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

Spent four nights in Mary’s apartment during a two week trip to Florida. It’s a real home from home, very comfortable with everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and also restaurants and shops. We were sorry we hadn’t booked for longer. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This property is beautifu

From the moment we opened the front door we were “on holiday” Mary thought of everything - beautiful towels, chocolates, coffee, stylish interiors. The condo pool is wonderful and the location is to die for with the beach and fantastic restaurants on your doorstep. Book you will not regret it!!

Beautiful Condo

Thank you Mary, we loved staying in your condo which was just minutes from the beach. Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo, with updated kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of room. All the extras provided by Mary made the stay very comfortable. Check out the Old Naples Pub for food & drink and Tony’s Off Third for happy hour cocktails, they are both just a short stroll away. We are hoping to be back soon and will definitely be re-booking this condo :)
