Excellent location

This property was excellent value for money and the owner, Marie-Agnes was very attentive. She left us some excellent French dishes and a bottle of wine on arrival. Would recommend for a couple, although there are bunks in the second bedroom should a family wish to stay.

Great Host

A very warm welcome with tarts, bread and wine left for us after a long day's travel. The host was very helpful and available at all times. Excellent accommodation with a great location just two minutes from the high street. Would thoroughly recommend.

Exactly how I imagined in this olde part of France

Very well situated in this lovely old town . A minutes amble to the quaint shops, bars & restaurants. Marie-Angus made us so welcome, even meeting us to show us the way!. Kindly leaving us pies, bread & WINE in her fridge!

Delightfully perfect South of France Experience

We stayed at L'Appart on the recommendation of a friend and we were exceptionally happy with our stay. Marie-Anges greeted us like we might greet a long lost friend. We were welcomed to the apartment with a detailed introduction to how everything worked and where we might find all the things that most holiday accommodations would not even think of. Our personal favourite was the delightful welcome gifts including wine and a tart for dinner on arrival night. We travelled with a 2 & 4 year old and L'Appart provided everything - high chair, plastic cuttlery and crockery (while still having silver cuttlery and nice plates for Mum and Dad!), teddies. The kids especially liked the shower which they could hold in their own hands and be in control! Cotignac itself was everything I could have wanted from a quaint French town! The markets on Tuesday were a highlight I would recommend and I would make more time to walk around the outside of town and see the town from the top of the cliffs next time! And there will be a next time! A lovely holiday with a lovely base of accommodation practically in the heart of town. I can't wait to go again!
