NOTE: The road is STEEP! You will be going up a one-lane mountain road!

All guests must sign a Rental Agreement after booking. You will be sent a link to click and sign.

Red Tape:
- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours
- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian
- Absolutely No Pets or animals of any kind! Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement
-No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Fireplace is electric and in service October 1 - April 1
- We do not allow more than 4 people for one night
- If you leave behind some personal belongings, we will do our best to be on the lookout for that item, however there is a $40 charge + shipping fee if you want us to return the items
- Smaller Cell providers such as T-Mobile and MetroPCS are not likely to have service.

*Note: The road is STEEP! We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. Please be prepared!
- The neighbor lives there full time and is a bit messy. He recently suffered from a heart attack and is having trouble keeping up.

We enjoyed our stay. The view and cabin were amazing. The only complaint I have is I didn’t feel like that cabin was cleaned very well.

3-day weekend stay

Very nice cabin for 5 people. Cabin was very clean and had a nice outdoor space with hot tub. Remote location and very quiet. And they weren’t kidding around about the steep, winding road to get there. Overall a good stay, and would recommend!

Perfect

That road to the house is no joke! The very first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean everything was. The little cabin house was great for the kids and the kitchen was supplied with everything needed for the meals we made while there. It was very peaceful and we didn't hear or see the neighbor at all, but we were also gone the majority of each day. The location was great and we honestly had no complaints or issues the whole time we were there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Clean, Welcoming and Charming

We arrived on a Friday evening at 6:30pm, the GPS took us right to the cabin and we had no problems getting there. The road is a little steep but that is mentioned in the listing, I have a Altima Car and had no issues coming or going. I would say this cabin is far enough out of town to get out of the hustle and bustle but so conveniently located to where you can come in and out and it not be an issue with distance. It is about 15 minutes or so outside of pigeon forge. Upon our first arrival I was in awe, this little cabin is so clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The hosts were friendly and presented with 5 star hospitality when I did need to reach out to them. The check out process was quick, and easy. And did I mention how beautifully located this cabin is? Accommodated our party of 4 people comfortably. 5 stars for my family and I!

Best vacation!

My son loved hanging out at the cabin even more than going to the arcades in town. Perfect little home away from home! Definitely looking into booking again!
