Fab villa and Fantastic location

We have just returned from a week at the villa and we were so pleased. Very spacious and clean with all you need in the villa and the surrounding area. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. One straight road down approx ten mins walk.. very pram accessible. There are steps down from the villa but can easily bump pram down these. We were advised it was not pram accessible but it absolutely is. The beach is also ten mins away and pram accessible. We asked for pool to be heated and it was lovely!! We can recommend tapas at la bodega. Delicious! Many supermarkets nearby and walkable and Lidl only ten min drive. We took full use of the hire car and took trips to mount Teide to do the cable car and Garachico which was an awesome drive. Thankyou galindo for a fab stay. We are hoping to book again next year.

Beautiful villa and well equipped good location

Lovely villa spot on and a great location we will stay again once all the construction works around the area is finished as at the moment Sep 17 there building a new hotel in the area and the noise from this should be mentioned to holiday makers as I ruined our peaceful holiday

This is out of the owners control but in our view this should be mentioned untill it's finished

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at a villa in Callao Salvaie.Would defiantly return, so clean and peaceful, car hire was good and very helpful meeting up with us to show us the way to our villa. Some evenings it was easy to walk to the little club we found on site for a meal and drink,saved us walking to town. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.Joan Henry

Would highly recommend

It was very easy to book and Galindo was extremely helpful, coming back to us by return. We upgraded the car and Galindo arranged all this for us. We were met and taken to the villa by one of Galindo's team. The villa was exactly as described. The pool was excellent and was cleaned twice a week. There was also an outside area where the children could play. Our grandchildren had a great time. There is parking just a few metres from the villa entrance and you can easily walk to a local "Dino" supermarket and restaurants/bars. Can highly recommend the Sansibar Ajabo restaurant which overlooks the beach. Thanks Galindo.

Beautiful villa with wall to wall sunshine.

Had a lovely 2 weeks in the villa, it is very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Larraitz who met us at the villa was lovely and very helpful. The private pool is a massive plus, and great outside area for sunbathing on lazy days. We didn't take advantage of the free car, but the local bus service runs like clockwork every 40 minutes to Los Christianos and Los Gigantes. The villa is within easy walking distance to the local beach, shops and restaurants. Had an amazing time and look forward to returning to this villa in the future.

The villa had everything needed and even some essential items which saved us having to buy them

We had an enjoyable week. The only thing I would say is for a family of 5 adults, the sofa was not adequate which meant that some had to sit at the dining table. I noticed on a previous review someone said about neighbors having birds and dogs, but I can say we had no problems like that. We had an incident with the hire car, where someone damaged the car while it was parked outside the villa. That did spoil things a bit, but after an email to Galindo, he said not to worry as we had full insurance. I will say that the car rental company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. We arrived at Tenerife to a thunder and lightning storm and had to wait in the public car park for approx 2hours before we got the car. When I asked why they didn't have a desk inside, I was told "next time, you can go to another rental company"! Overall though, I would say we had a lovely week. Going back to the car, the parking space we had outside the villa, directly in front of the stairs, I noticed that this space was always empty, and I just wondered if other people have had the same thing happen to them and that was why it was always empty! Someone obviously parked too close and turned their steering wheel to soon, resulting it damaging our car.

The village of Callao Salvaje is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Its location makes it a popular area to live for those who want to be near the 'action' but not stuck in the middle of it as it is situated between the bustling resort of Playa de Las Americas and the tranquil resort of Los Gigantes.

Originally, a small fishing village, over the past few years Callao Salvaje has undergone a rapid transformation.
