Frontline Detached 2 Storey Villa and seperate annex Sleeps 6 to 9 persons

Individually built in 2006 this stunning property benefits from 3 bedrooms. On the 1st floor is the master suite with large balcony to take in the stunning Sea Views. En-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Ceiling fans. The 2nd bedroom on 1st floor is twin with en-suite shower room and smaller balcony with Sea Views.

The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor, has a double bed and shower room next door.

There is a large fully fitted kitchen/diner with doors opening out onto the patio and pool area. There is a seperate lounge with log burner, TV, DVD player, Patio doors to pool area.

There is a separate annex available to rent with the villa, with 4th bedroom and shower room which sleeps 3. Only rented with Villa.

Outside there is a large front and rear garden and off street Parking in front of the garage for several cars. There is a BBQ area at the side of the pool which is very sheltered and sunny. There is ample garden furniture for sunbathing and eating.

This property is fully licenced and inspected by local authorities for, amenities, safety, and fire risk. (Alojomenta Locale). In addition to this beautiful villa there is an annex situated overlooking the pool, which has a small bedroom with a single bed and a mezzanine reached by a ladder with a double bed. There is an en-suite shower room. Mezzanine Not suitable for small children or elderly. This can be booked in addition to villa at an extra cost. (250 e per week)

There is a well stocked mini market and several bars and restaurants in Vale da Telha. For Banks, Post Office, larger Super Markets and other shops etc Aljezur is just 8 kms away.

Locally there are several Surf Schools, Horse Riding, Fishing, Diving, Cycling, Tennis. There is a local Community Centre which runs classes in Yoga, Pilates, Keep Fit etc and has a regular Car Boot Sale.

The Villa has outdoor kennels and secure dog run, the owner would consider well behaved dogs at an extra cost please enquire when booking. The villa is ideal for 6 persons but 8 could be accommodated at an extra cost per person. (Sofa bed/Mattress)

This area is ideal for exploring the Western Algarve and Alentejo region. But still just over an hour from Faro Airport.

A car is highly recommended to enjoy fully your holiday. Taxis are available localbut there is no public transport in Vale da Telha. Buses are available from Aljezur to most major towns and cities eg. Lisbon and Lagos.

I am originally from London, my Husband from Italy. We have 2 daughters. My elderly father also lives with us and a menagerie of animals. We had the villa built as our home in 2006. Lived there full time until 2013 we now live on the South Coast of Portugal due to our Business being there. Still manage our Vale da Telha home. Still love it and hope you will to.

Why Karen chose Aljezur

We had this villa built for us to our Families specifications, the annex was made for my father who lives with us. This enabled him to keep some independence and privacy. It would also be perfect for teenagers or a young couple. We chose the plot originally for the amazing views of the ocean and the sunsets.

Vale da Telha is a beautiful natural area, with the most amazing unspoilt beaches. If its tranquillity, and stunning views, water sports, walking, cycling and generally wanting a piece of real Portugal this is the perfect area for both families and couples. There is lots to explore.

I love the sunny front porch and spent many an early morning sitting there with a cup of tea. The main bedroom feels so special, with the large balcony to sit on and the general ambience. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for anyone, including elderly or infirm, with its shower room right next door. There are also double width doors into main living areas.

Vale da Telha is an Urbanisation with it' s own bars and restaurants and mini market, it sits surrounded by the beautiful Cape St Vincent National Park, and just 8 kms from the historical Moorish town of Aljezur. The ocean is approx 300 metres from the villa, which has stunning uninterrupted Seaviews. Within minutes from the villa are Roman Ruins and uninhabited beaches. Also beautiful Cliff top walks or ideal for Mountain Biking. There are many beautiful unspoilt award winning beaches close by including Monte Clerigo, Arrifana, Amoreira, Amado, Carripatera and many more all highly recommended for surfing, body boarding and fishing.

In Aljezur there is a castle, Museum, Art Gallery, Churches to name but a few of the local attractions,also many bars and restaurants and local Farmers Market.

Sagres the most South Westerly point in Europe is a short drive away, with its busy harbour and famous Henry the Navigator Forteleza. Lagos, Praia da Luz and Portimao are also close by and worth visiting. Slide and Splash, Aqualand and Zoo Marine are within approx 45 mins drive away. Also Lagos Zoo.

The beautiful wine region of Alentejo is also only approx 1 hour drive away.
