This luxury 4 bedroom naturally lit apartment is beautifully furnished and is very well equipped. The modern spacious open plan living area makes for great holiday fun and relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living area is equipped with a 42' LED TV which has a USB port. HD Cable TV connection with a large selection of channels is provided.

The apartment has two main bedrooms each with an en suite shower room. One of these showers has an interconnected utility room where you can find a washing machine and clothes dryer.

One of the remaining bedrooms also comes with an en suite shower. This is the largest bedroom in the apartment and if the group visiting is larger than 10 this room can easily take two extra beds. The last bedroom is actually two interconnected twin bedrooms. Complimenting the property is main bathroom with a 1.7m bath. The apartment also features internet connection, air conditioning in every bedroom, two air conditioners in the open plan, two closed balconies with side sea views and three outdoor balconies with side sea views.

This fantastic apartment is only 20 metres or ten seconds away from Malta's most beautiful promenade and close to all amenities.

The apartment which is just 10 seconds off the Sliema front, which stretches to St Julian to the North, and to Valletta to the South is also close to bus Stops. Public transport service is available to all areas either directly or via the main exchange in Valletta.

Sliema boasts a few of Maltas best parks and public gardens set by the pleasant rocky beaches enjoying picturesque views. In Sliema one can enjoy a large vriety of restaurants, cafes and bars. Sliema is also famour for shopping feautring Malta's largest shopping complex which is only a fifteen minute walk from this apartment. Sliema is also a harbour from where one can catch a ferry to cross over to Marsamxett or Valletta or even visit Comino or Gozo for a day or two. Having said all this Sliema has all it takes to be considered as the perfect location for your Malta holiday.

About Andre Grech

Andre is Managing director of Managing Director of Mirachem (Wines & Spirits) Ltd., one of Malta's largest wine traders. The company employs 25 people. Andre is also Deputy Mayor of Hal Balzan a village in the centre of the Island of Malta. He started managing properties for holiday lets in 2012 with this apartment which was in fact his and Elaine's matrimonial home.

This property has been upgraded in the first half of 2015. This wide fronted property is close to all amenities as it is right in the heart of Sliema. Even though advertised as a four bedroom property it is considered as a five bedroom by property agents as two bedrooms are inter connected. Probably the only property on the market with ten comfortable beds in fully air conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A large modern comfortable apartment

We booked this apartment for the second time after our first exoerience here in 2014. We were impressed with the refurbishment. Four bedrooms one of which had 4 beds. Four bathrooms and ample space. Andre was very helpful with all our needs. This apartment has modern furniture and beautiful well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is impressive. Hope to be back in Malta soon and stay in this apartment.

A wonderful experience

The place was massive with ample space for a family of 9. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The host helped us in all we needed and was very helpful in helping us plan our holiday. Thanks to the four bathrooms in the apartment we managed to all get ready on time before going up. I highly recommend this apartment.

Very Disappointing

Based on pictures and previous reviews, my friends and I rented this apartment even though it was the most expensive one we looked at. That is not what we found! Everything pictured was very old and worn or falling apart: holes in the walls with wires protruding, bathroom showers had black mould and did not drain so that water overflowed the tray, drapes and blinds which were hanging off the hooks in living room and bedrooms, hid dirty windows, refrigerator was dirty and freezer had remnants from previous tenant, clothes dryer had hair hanging and water had not been removed from condenser, dishwasher did not work, tabletops had to be cleaned before use, layer of dust on everything, dirty mops and a bag of rocks were in a corner of the unit near the laundry section, ironing board cover had a huge burn hole. Many basic amenities listed on website were not in the apartment. Andre gave us a cursory tour of the apartment, but neglected to tell us how the hot water, water pressure, and appliances worked. We had to call him to return with the missing amenities and instructions. On the whole the apartment was very disappointing. However; it is spacious, the air conditioning did work, and it is near to bus transportation but it needs a lot of care.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately I have to disagree with this review. This 4 bedroom apartment is not old as all the furniture was replaced in the past 2 years. With the recent refurbishment the bathrooms were also replaced. At times there is some small spots of mound being an apartment close to the sea making the area quite humid. When Jacky pointed out that she needed more toiletries these were provided within minutes. It is true that the previous tenant had burnt the iron board cover and this was replaced within the day. The dishwasher works perfectly but it needs to be switched on to function. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the quality of the apartment.

Fantastic location and beautiful apartment.

The apartment was right in the centre of Sliema. A short pleasant walk takes you to St Julien's where there are loads of restaurants and nightlife. The buses are a great way to get around. It's EUR 1.50 to take you anywhere you like. We took the bus in to Valletta for the day which is highly recommended for a visit. It's beautiful. We took the ferry back to Sliema which takes half the time as the bus and a lovely short sail. Andre organised our transfers which was great but beware if there are more than 4 of you the taxi's only take 4. Anymore than that and it's two taxi's and is EUR 20 each taxi. The apartment itself was very spacious and had 4 bathrooms. Two of the ensuites didn't have doors but it was ok as we all had a room each so no-one to bother us. I was a little disappointed on arrival as we had to wait about an hour before we could get in to the apartment as the cleaner hadn't left the key where it was supposed to be. We waited across the road on the beach and had some lunch and a drink in the sun so we were happy enough. When we did get in there were dishes still lying on the draining board and the beds were untidily made so they are the only small things to mention but won't take away from the 5 star rating I'm giving.. Andre provided beach towels so you can keep your luggage weight to a minimum. Our stay was superb and the apartment was great and in the best location. I would have no hesitation on recommending this apartment to a group of friends or families.

Lovely large spacious apartment

The apartment is lovely, big, spacious & well equipped. Very close to the seafront, bars & restaurants & transport links. Only one downside is that 2 of the en suite bathrooms have no doors but this would not stop me from booking again. Andre (the owner) was there to greet us & is extremely helpful. Even gives his mobile number to contact him if you have any problems. 5*****

Very impressive

Lovely spacious property. Very clean with all the equipment we needed for our stay. Andre was very helpful with information before our arrival and we did not need to bother him again as everything was in order. The location is close to restaurants and bars but also peaceful. Would recommend it for family groups.

Cleaning Fee £71.09
Stay tax £0.44 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.
Tax Rate 7.0%

The rate is for a maximum of six persons. There is an additional charge of €20 per person per night if the group exceeds 6 persons. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 12 persons, 10 of which will sleep on beds and two will sleep on foldable beds. If the group exceeds 8 persons the cleaning fee will increase by € 10 per extra person. In order to confirm you booking a non refundable 50% deposit will have to be transferred. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.
