This magnificent apartment of approximately 75m² is situated in the prestigious building Grand Hotel. From the large 2nd floor terrace, facing east, you will be enchanted by the lovely view over the gardens, Croisette and beaches.
The terrace is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside.
The beaches, shops and restaurants are immediately accessible on foot. The Palais des Festivals is only a short 4 minute walk away.
The apartment is furnished with taste and very well equipped. WIFI, TV, IPOD.
The spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 double sofa beds in the living room.
The kitchen has everything you may need to prepare your meals + washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave.
Lovely bathroom with shower enclosure. Seperate WC.

Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. It is in a great location with lovely views. Sally was incredibly helpful - answering all our questions fully and very quickly. We’re hoping to rent it again next year!

Bel endroit entre plage et commerces

ce lieu qui pourrait être exceptionnel par son beau jardin est en fait envahi par une bande d’enfants qui hurle sous les fenetres, joue au ballon sur la pelouse, fait de la trottinette dans les allées ! Ne pas espérer passer une soirée romantique au restaurant de l’hôtel (Mondrian) ou sur son balcon. Dommage…
