Large rural house full of feet over the countryside.

This is a house with one ground floor with two large living rooms of thirty square meters open countryside.(A kitchen-dining room and living room). Four bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the structure. A covered terrace of sagne (reeds) extends on the south facade providing shade and charm. A 4,000 m² garden overlooking the surrounding farmland, not overlooked, makes you feel at home around a barbecue and sun loungers. On one side Arles is 15km; across the sea in Port Saint Louis du Rhone is 25km (30mins by car). The Barcarin Bac is 15 km south and allows to cross the Rhone to go to Camargue and Saintes Maries de la Mer. The decoration develops ARTY style with many paintings and photographs.

Mas isolé très typé, de caractère prononcé, où l'on perçoit que le propriétaire est chasseur et surtout artiste. Confort indiscutable (location "toutes options"), vaste champ à proximité, dépaysement assuré. Mas sis entre deux canaux et le grand Rhône. Il est bon de demander le chemin depuis Arles au propriétaire.

Possibilité de voir ou photographier la faune locale dont des flamants roses en quantité.

Une ville (Arles) à 15 mn.

Hautement recommandable.
