Beautiful villa with panoramic views on Granville and the Iles Chausey.

Villa ideally situated a few metres from the sea front with direct private access to the beach. Confortable with all amenities; surf boards and bikes also provided. Short walk from village centre along the beach promenade. Highly recommanded.

Super Séjour

La Situation de l‘objet est super , à deux pas de la plage pas trop fréquentée en début juin . L‘equippement de la location est niquelle . 4 chambres a coucher , cuisine bien équipper et une super vue du living sur la mer . Pas de souci avec l‘agence qui gére la location .

Schönes Haus in 1a-Lage

Ein sehr nettes Ferienhaus, sowohl innen als auch außen in absoluter Top-Lage direkt am Strand. Bei Flut Sandstrand, bei Ebbe mit Kies und Steinen, der Strand war sehr leer, keine völlig überlaufene Touristengegend. Von innen sehr nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das einzelne Zimmer mit Bad, das einen extra Eingang hat, ist allerdings sehr klein und hat nur ein winziges Fenster. Sauberkeit war noch ok, aber nicht gerade penibel geputzt. Der kleine Ort hat alles, was man braucht, Ausflüge zum Mont Saint Michel und zu den Landungsstränden sind in gut erreichbarer Nähe möglich, auch auf einer Eselwanderung hatten wir sehr viel Spaß. Am Sonntag war im Ort ein toller Wochenmarkt mit super Angebot an Obst, Fleisch, Käse, Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Die Wassersportmöglichkeiten waren leider nicht so gut, der ortsansässige Anbieter hatte in der ersten Juliwoche nur für Schulklassen geöffnet.ACHTUNG: die Kontaktsprache ist ausschließlich französisch, nicht wie angegeben auch englisch. Emails auf englisch wurden vom Vermieter nur französisch beantwortet, auch der Mietvertrag war nur in Landessprache vorhanden! Es wäre schon gut, das vorher zu wissen!

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Dieses Haus liegt toll gelegen direkt am Strand. Durch den direkten Zugang ist man in einer Minute im Meer. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war sehr gut. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen. Einziges Manko war, dass es keine deutschen Fernsehsender gab. Vielen Dank nochmals an Christelle Delamarche für ihre Bemühungen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
