Renovated charming apartment with two bedrooms.

Ideally located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, in the neighborhood Sèvre-Lecourbe/Volontaires. The apartment offers quality services and has been completely renovated. Calm and clear, it is located on the first floor courtyard and well isolated from street noise. It features a fully equipped kitchen with American bar, a lounge with a convertible sofa bed 140 x 200, a bathroom with tub and toilet, and finally the two bedrooms each with a double bed 140 x 200 and many closets.

Up to 5/6 people, this apartment is ideal for a family. At the foot of the building you will find all necessary shops (Monoprix, pharmacy, bakery, cheese, grocery etc. ..), many restaurants and a recognized market and all transportation to travel paris: 5 subway lines (12, 6, 10, 8 and 13), 4 bus lines, taxi stations, Velib and Autolib. The Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides are a 20 minute walk. Orly airport link (19 minutes) and CDG (36 minutes)

The apartment has an underground parking space to rent for 20 euro / day.

Nice apartment, great location!

We stayed between christmas and new years with two couples. The apartment is nice and modern. Its in a great location, close enough to walk to the Eiffel tower, Hotel de Invalides and many bakeries, restaurants and pastry shops. If planning on spending lots of time in the apartment, make sure you double check the size, the bedrooms are adequate but small, and so is the kitchen and living room. The owner provided great communication and directions from the Metro!

Excellent - Exactly as listed

This property is exactly as described. It was fitted out well for a short stay with all you'd need in the kitchen and living areas. The stairs are quite tight getting up to the property but it's back off the road so it was very quite at night. The local produce available on the street was amazing: cheese, bread, seafood, fruit and vegetables - from budget cost to high end - absolutely amazing! Sofia was very prompt in all her communication both before we arrived and through the arrival and check out process. Property is close enough to tourist attractions but far enough away that you don't get caught up in them either. Highly recommended.

Good location, nice neighborhood

The apartment is exactly like the pictures depict, small but very functional and clean. The location is super convenient with many shops and restaurants/cafes around, and a couple metro stations as well. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy although the person didn't speak English or French (note: there may be additional charges for electricity depending on your consumption). Wifi worked great. There was construction during the day but it stopped at night so that was fine. There were only 2 medium size towels in the bathroom, so we recommend bringing your own for a bit more comfort. Similarly, no sheets for the beds, just a duvet cover. All in all, it was good value for money.

Perfect apartment in Paris

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean, newly remodeled and had everything just as it was stated. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms and have a full kitchen. The apartment is close to many restaurants and places to shop in the area. The Eiffel tower was definitely the highlight of our visit and you could easily walk there in around 15 minutes – it was beautiful! The management was easy to work with and we will definitely come back. There's so much to explore in Paris and this apartment gives you a great home base to grab a taxi or get on the metro. You could also walk to many places and landmarks from this apartment.

Clean, modern appartment; good location

We stayed in Sofia's apartment for 3 nights and have no complaints. Everything is as shown, and the apartment has been modernized and was very clean when we arrived. The apartment is cozy, but we travelled as a group of four and found it was perfect for a group of our size. The apartment is located on a good street with a grocery store and pharmacy a stones throw away. The metro stop is only a 5-10 minute walk as well. I would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Paris.
