It is built by a renowned architect, in a traditional style with stone façade and large windows to flood the villa with sunlight throughout the day. A top class, luxuriously appointed villa furnished with care to provide you with the most relaxing atmosphere. It has many balconies and covered terraces with breathtaking views stretching to the sea over a quiet countryside.

The villa lay in the most sought after area, it is centrally located, within 20 minutes from Nice International Airport, 6 minutes drive to Vence, 10 minutes to Saint Paul de Vence, a highly acclaimed village for its art galleries and within 30 minutes of Monaco and Cannes. At a short distance you are in the picturesque village of Saint Jeannet where you can find restaurants, butchers, groceries and bakeries.

Rugby World Cup Visit

Four couples enjoyed an eight day stay at this lovely, well presented villa. What a location! The villa was very clean, has a spacious living area of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with plenty of seating for us all. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, glasses and cutlery-everything you would need. The outside again is very well equipped with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for us all, a BBQ, a table tennis table and even an ice maker! We ate outdoors for all of our stay on the terrace. The pool is sparkling and warm, enhanced by the spectacular views down to the coast. From the villa description we presumed all the bedrooms were ensuite, but only one has a toilet. On the first floor two couples had to share a toilet situated on the landing, and the bedroom on the entrance floor again had a separate toilet on that landing. To avoid confusion maybe the description of the rooms and bathrooms should be changed on the website to reflect this. The bed in one of the double rooms may need replacing as it is very noisy and creaky! Some of the mosquito blinds also had holes in them and need renewing. All four bedrooms had aircon. Many thanks to Christel and Babeth, our contact. Communication and instructions were excellent via WhatsApp. All requests were dealt with swiftly. A wonderful holiday to see the RWC matches in Nice. We would certainly use this villa again.

Amazing villa in a great location. The villa is very well equipped. Fantastic swimming pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was appreciated greatly. We would definitely return!

Fabulous views

We stayed at this lovely villa for a week in August. It's spacious and tastefully decorated. Well equipped with a pizza oven and bbq which we took advantage of. The villa has a fantastic outlook with uninterrupted views and plenty of seating areas from which to enjoy it. The pool was warm and there is also a ping pong table. Rooms are a good size (note they all have an en suites but only one with a toilet). The aircon wasn't working in our room but luckily the nights weren't too hot. The village of St Jeannet is within a short walk, it's pretty but quite small - a few cafe/restaurants. Recommend a car for exploring and supermarket shops and plenty of mosquito repellent- they were viscous!

Great position, lots of space

The villa is excellent overall, lots of space for a large group inside and outside. The decor is modern and the kitchen is very well stocked. Unfortunately we did not get the weather to make the most of the outdoor space but there are multiple options for sitting and enjoying the sun or shade. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked very inviting. The bathrooms that have been updated are excellent (although only one has a toilet) but the others could do with this. The beds are a bit uncomfortable (although this is down to personal preference) and more pillows would have been good. The property manager, Elisabeth, was very welcoming and responsive when we had any problems. Overall, a great options for exploring the area around Nice.

Beautiful, well maintained villa with panoramic views.

This villa exceeded our expectations. It is actually more spacious than the photos might suggest. Everything is in mint condition - modern, functional and smart. Lovely pool plus poolside furniture is plentiful and very comfortable. Great BBQ, built into house, with pizza oven. Location very convenient - 20/25 mins from Nice airport and coast. St Jeannet pleasant but not much there, other than useful shops. Mosquitos an irritation at dusk - apparently this year is particularly bad due to a damp spring. Didn't cause us a massive problem but worth mentioning - come prepared. Local vineyard well worth a visit and product is lovely, not every day plonk - the fantastic bottle left for us by the proprietor was highly appreciated - thank you! Would definitely return. The villa is perfect for a romantic 'escapade' or a family vacations, it consists of a spacious living room with fireplace. In total there are four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms all of which have been renovated, a new custom built kitchen incorporating lots of storage and there is also a double garage. The outdoor barbeque and pizza oven afford you an opportunity to cook the local produce and at the same time to enjoy the panoramic view. The villa has a new large swimming pool (12 x 4) lined with luminous mosaic, surrounded by a tiled beach area with a sun-heated teak shower and teak sun-beds.
