Zweisimmen centre is just a few moments away from a ski apartment in Zweisimmen with a full range of winter sports activities from cross country skiing to curling, snowboarding to tobogganing, skiing to skating. There is a school for beginners, plenty of extra activities for children and even an indoor swimming pool. Self-catering is not a problem for Zweisimmen ski chalets as there is a good range of supermarkets and specialised shops like a cheese shop, a butcher and bakeries on the doorstep along with some excellent restaurants and cafes and plenty of après-ski amenities.
Gstaad, which is a major and fashionable ski resort is just seven miles from a self-catering chalet in Zweisimmen. One lift ticket allows access to 62 lifts which in turn gives access to 250 prepared trails throughout the whole region. If you want to get away from skiing and golf is your game then Golf Club at Saanenmoser is just 15 minutes’ drive from a Zweisimmen ski apartment and offers a beautiful natural 18hole course, surrounded by mountains.
