There are a host of beaches in the area – with both quiet pebbled coves and long sandy bays found locally. Perhaps the famous beach on the island is just a half an hour by car from apartments in Zola. Myrthos beach is rated as one of the best beaches in the world and has been used as a shooting location for a number of major films. Closer to Zola self-catering apartments are Vouti and Agia Kiraki, which boasts a small harbour where you hire a motorboat for the day.
