The property, Aran House, overlooks the harbour and village and yet is centrally situated being just within a few minutes walk of the village with it's restaurants, pubs and shops while still maintaining quiet privacy. The house benefits from sea views from a sun lounge, kitchen and main lounge and three bedrooms and outside patio areas. Bring your binoculars as you are almost certain to spot seals and dolphins chasing the boats in and out of the harbour.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Guests can occupy the property at 5.00pm and are requested to depart by 10.00am.

Bedroom 2 twin bedroom with radio/cassette.
Bedroom 3 double room as above all with sea view.
Bedroom 4 double room back facing.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom with wash basin, wc and corner shower.
Main bathroom with bath/shower washbasin and wc.
Cloakroom on ground floor with wc and wash basin.
Kitchen: There is a large well appointed family kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Also dining table seating 8.
Utility Room: There is an automatic washing machine /ironing board and iron, clothes airer. The central heating boiler is also here.
Living Rooms: The large lounge with its breathtaking views over Cardigan bay has three sofas/easy chair with TV with free view, video and DVD player with lots of videos to choose from.
Other: There is also a family sitting room again with television and settee and easy chair. Again with stunning sea views. There is a book shelf and chess set for wet days!

bed linen is included in the price. Towels are not provided. The house will be cleaned for your arrival and it would be greatly appreciated if it were treated with respect, as you would your own home.

Notes on accommodation
Outside there is a small terraced side garden with garden furniture. A front and side paved terrace with 14 steps leading up to the terrace and front door. Children should be supervised.

We do not permit smoking indoors. 1 dog welcome free of charge. Please inform at time of booking (extra charge for more). No cats.

Accessibility
The property unfortunately is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are 14 steps up to the house.

Coast/Beach
The beach and harbour are a short 5 minutes walk downhill as are the shops etc. The beaches of New Quay are safe and sandy with pleasure boats running dolphin watching and also fishing trips from the harbour.

Golf
Golf courses 30 minutes drive away at Cardigan and Llanrhystud.

Travel
Cardiff is the nearest airport a 2 hour drive away. A car would be of great benefit to explore the beautiful coastline and villages in the area. Walkers will enjoy the many coastal path walks. Don't forget the binoculars!

Further details
The local shops, restaurants, pub, bank and post office are all just a 5 minute walk away.
Oakwood pleasure park/Folly farm animal park are both approximately 90 minutes away with many other places of interest within similar driving distances. There is a tourist information office in the village with all the information you may require on local places of interest.

Booking notes
A deposit £100 per week is necessary as confirmation of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday date must be paid in full. Short breaks available with prices on request.
