Notes on accommodation
The third bedroom is a 'crag loft', ie a loft bedroom with limited head space accessed via an alternate tread staircase from the master bedroom, suitable for children aged 5 and over. Well behaved pets by prior arrangement due to livestock in surrounding fields. High chair, travel cot, stair gate available by prior request.

Accessibility
The property is all arranged on a single level (with the exception of the Crag Loft), with open plan kitchen and dining areas and lounge leading off. The private decked area to the side is also level with the internal accommodation and a small ramp (20 cm height) provides access to the front door. Car parking is available very close and level walking distance to the cottage.
