Rostrick Cottage is located on the edge of a peaceful village, Ceinws, with stunning views of mountains. The cottage is ideally located for touring mid and north Wales. It is a 10-15 minute drive to the ancient towns of Machynlleth and Dolgellau, and is within easy reach of places of outstanding beauty within the Snowdonia National Park to include Tallyllyn Lake, Cader Idris range of mountains and the beautiful Cardigan Bay coast. Just one mile from the famous Centre for Alternative Technology and in the other direction is the village of Corris with the Craft Centre and King Arthur's Labyrinth. It's a great area for mountain biking, clay pigeon shooting, pony trecking and many more activities depending on how energetic you feel.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day Saturday 3pm, leaving the following Saturday 10am.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge with open fire, large TV and DVD player. 4 seater sofa and 2 easy chairs. Patio doors opening onto a veranda overlooking rear of property. |
| Other: | Sun room with 2 easy chairs a dining table with seating for 6. French doors opening onto a small patio area and enclosed garden. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen provided towels available at extra cost. Property cleaned before occupancy. |
Notes on accommodation
Storage heaters in all rooms included in rent, all other electricity paid for with slot meter in the hall. Pets welcome but not in bedrooms or on soft furnishings. No smoking indoors.
Accessibility
Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor the only room up the stairs is the twin bedded room. Cars can drive up to front door which has one step to interior.
Outside
The grounds are well laid out and incorporate a vehicular access from the country road leading down to a gravel parking area with lawns to either side. Enough parking for at least 3 cars. On the south side there is an enclosed lawned area surrounded by established boundary hedges and ornamental trees. To the rear of the property and approached via a small wicket gate there is an area of sloping ground which incorporates a footpath down to a seating area (rose garden) and then onto a small area of land with frontage onto the river Dulas. Children need to be supervised in this area of the garden as the river can be very fast flowing and the ground can be slippery. Garden seats and tables available.
Coast/Beach
25 minute drive to Aberdovey beach. 5 minute drive to Tallylyn Lake.

Machynlleth 10 minute drive. Dolgellau 15-20 minute drive. Corris craft centre/ King Arthurs Labyrinth 5 minute drive. alternative technology Centre 5 minutes drive. Aberystwyth 25-30 minute drive.

Enquiries may be made by telephone or e-mail. A booking form will be sent to you stating terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit of £75 per week is due with the booking form. Balance required one month before the start of holiday.
