The apartment is walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shopping, museums, theatres and you can get a 5 minute water taxi to the famous Millennium Stadium. Mermaid Quay is home to both the National Assembly and the Millennium Centre. Within one square mile there is plenty of family entertainment, international dining, lively nightlife, wonderful visitor attractions, wildlife in the Bays wetland reserve, sailing, jet boating and Techniquest! The St. Davids hotel, the only 5 star hotel in Wales is right next door and offers a swimming pool, spa and workout area for walk in guests at a very reasonable daily or weekly rates. The apartment is centrally heated and includes everything necessary for a luxurious holiday.

Arrival and departure times can be discussed but generally check out time is 11am and check in time is after 4pm.
| Bedrooms: | The master suite is huge and boasts a king size bed, vanity area with mirror, built in wardrobes, sitting area, access to the balcony and stunning views. The 2nd bedroom has large built in bunk beds, a built in wardrobe and a vanity unit. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite master bathroom has a large modern shower, lighted vanity unit, sink and toilet as well as a towel-warming rail for the Egyptian cotton towels that are included. The 2nd bathroom has a bath and shower, and the same amenities as the master. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped to deal with anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. This includes a beautiful hob and oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and even a wine/beer fridge. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room is equipped with a vacuum cleaner and all the tools necessary if you feel the need to clean up! |
| Living Rooms: | The water view from the large living room and adjoining large balcony is stunning. Comfortable leather couch and 2 chairs surround beautiful rattan tables and are complimented by a large high definition 32” LG television, DVD player and CD stereo system. |

Coast/Beach
Being on Cardiff Bay which connects to the Bristol Channel you can't get any closer to the coast. The Bay provides sailing, windsurfing, fishing, jet boating, canoeing and kayaking. There are many stunning beaches a short drive away.

Travel
Approximately 80% of the UK can be reached by road within 4 hours from Cardiff. London is just 2 hours away by train and European, national and other overseas destinations are well served by Cardiff International Airport. A car is not necessary to get around in Cardiff, public transportation is great and there are water taxis, trains, buses and normal taxis available within walking distance from the apartment.

Everything is either within walking distance or a short taxi/water taxi ride away, this really is the perfect spot.

Cardiff boasts one of the finest selections of golf courses in the UK, there is a myriad of cultural and sporting events available, from the National Museum and Gallery of Wales, to the Millennium Center, home of the Welsh National Opera and International arts complex, St. Davids Theatre, and of course, the world famous Millennium Stadium, which not only hosts world class rugby and football fixtures, but also major musical events. And of course, the shopping is outstanding!
Booking notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstance.

Very clean and spacious in a quiet area. Balcony overlooking bay just to sit and gaze. Great place to stay if you are visiting the Millennium Stadium as last train leaves Queen Street at 11.40pm.'

About the owner
My husband, 4 kids and I live in San Diego, California. My husband was born in Cardiff and we visit several times a year. I am Scottish. My husband and I both have our own businesses so with 4 kids as well life can get a wee bit hectic! We like to travel all over the world when we can and we always rent a house or apartment, it really makes the holiday. We hope you enjoy our wonderful apartment on Cardiff Bay, it is truly magical.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
When Mermaid Quay was being created we thought it was going to be a fabulous area, waling distance to basically everything. We decided to buy an apartment off plan and this enabled my husband to redraw the entire layout so that it was much more open and light.
We bought as close to the bay as possible so the views are incredible from every window. It is so easy to walk, take a bus or water taxi everywhere that we don't even rent a car when we use the apartment. Eventually we would like to come and live in it for a few months at a time. We absolutely love staying in the apartment, and you will to!
Unique benefits of the property
We are different from other properties in the area because we decided to add a little luxury! All our towels are Egyptian cotton, all the sheets are 600 thread count and above. The furnishings are new and modern and the kitchen has every convenience imaginable - even a wine and beer fridge! The kitchen floor is heated and the entire building is built to the highest standards so that you cannot here your neighbours at all, even if they are having a rip roaring party.
