Notes on prices
Prices are in UK Pounds per week (7 nights) and include rental, electricity, logs, use of cutlery, crockery and bed linen.
Short breaks considered off-peak.
Changeover day
Generally starting at 3pm on Saturday, leaving by 10am following Saturday.

| Living Rooms: | Two lounges, one has a wood burning stove, the other an open fire. Both rooms have televisions, including access to freeview Sky channels, one also has a Sony PlayStation and piano. |
| Other: | A selection of books and childrens games are included for the use of guests, as well as DVDs and CDs. The Sony PlayStation 2 includes 2 controllers and a variety of games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen is included and the property will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. Logs also included. |

Electric storage heaters are located in the main living rooms and electric panel heaters in all of the bedrooms.

Accessibility
Private off-road parking is provided approx 50 metre from the cottage. Access to the cottage is via a few steps.

To the side of the property is a terraced patio and a lawned area to the front and side. Barbecue and patio furniture are provided.
Coast/Beach
Superb sandy beaches at Aberdovey and Ynyslas are 20/30 minutes drive.
Golf
Aberdovey golf course is approx 25 minutes by car.
Distances
Market towns of Machynlleth and Dolgellau are 10/15 minutes by car, with a variety of pubs, supermarkets and restaurants. Machynlleth also has a leisure centre. The Cader Idris mountain range in Snowdonia is 5/10 minutes by car and the Centre for Alternative technology even closer.
Further details
The local pub is a short stroll away and also in the village is a narrow gauge steam railway, childrens play area and football field. A little further away (10 mins walk) is King Arthurs Labrynth and the Corris craft centre. For those feeling a little more energetic walking and mountain bike trails are abundant.

20% deposit required on booking, final settlement 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Returnable breakage and cleaning deposit £200.
