Originally built in the 1400's this characterful house has an old stone spiral staircase adding to its charm, whilst its modern farmhouse kitchen with a Raeburn wood burning stove containing microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, electric hob and oven, with utility room containing washing machine. There are also two reception rooms, one with a woodburning stove with television with free view and lounge/dining room with flat screen television with free view, video and CD player and stereo. A conservatory. 2 bathrooms, 1 with walk in shower. Ground floor with twin bedded room. First floor - 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Many beaches within a 30 minute drive at Pwllheli, Criccieth or Nefyn with smaller beaches to be discovered along the coast. Short drive to Anglesey where there are many beaches and other attractions.
