Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, hand basin, WC. Heated towel rail.

Kitchen: Fitted cottage kitchen, very cosy, with electric cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Good storage space, all crockery, pots and pans.
Living Rooms: Comfortably furnished with cottage settee and chairs, coffee table, TV with DVD/CD player and selection of films. Dining area next to kitchen with pine table that seats 6, Inglenook with settle.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The cottage is cleaned prior to arrival. Fresh linen is supplied every 7 days. Towels are supplied. Washer/dryer machine, outside drying, iron with ironing board and vacuum cleaner provided. Hairdryer.

 

Notes on accommodation
Children with well behaved parents are welcome. Sorry no pets and no smoking. The cottage has night storage heaters and there are extra electric heaters available if required. The sitting room has a wood burner, a small amount of fuel is supplied to get you going. Cosy in winter and cool in summer! Tiled floor with rugs downstairs and carpets upstairs.

Accessibility
Access to the front door is up one step, as is the rear door. There is a side gate to the rear door and garden. Narrow-ish stairs leading upstairs. Low ceilings downstairs.

Outside
Pretty, sheltered south facing cottage garden. Country views from the rear. Garden furniture. Front lobby has a built in seat for those sunny evenings with views towards the coast path.

Coast/Beach
Coast path, 1 mile, with interesting footpaths from the cottage to the surrounding countryside. Good beaches nearby along the St David's Peninsula. Aberieddy, Whitesands, Abermawr. Very good walking. There is a small shuttle bus service that serves the beaches and inlets along the coast and is local to the cottage. Member of Pembrokeshire Tourism.

Travel
Nearest airports are at Cardiff and Bristol. Fishguard ferry port is about 6 miles.

Distances
Main provincial town is Haverfordwest, about 14 miles.
Local town Fishguard is about 6 miles away.
St Davids is 15 miles.
Pembroke with its castle is about 25 miles away.

Further details
Local shopping at Fishguard with a supermarket and Tesco Express. St Davids has a good delicatessen, butcher and a supermarket. Haverfordwest has a greater choice of general shops and 3 supermarkets. Newport to the north has good food shops. Plenty of good pubs and places to eat out locally.

All bookings are on a weekly basis of seven days per week.A deposit of 25% is due if it is more than 4 weeks before the start of the rental otherwise payment in full is required to secure the booking.Please confirm booking within 4 days.The owner reserves the right to cancel and resell any bookings not paid for by the due date. There is a winter fuel supplement of £25 per week between October and April. A 5% discount is given on the second and consecutive weeks.
