This luxury 15th century town house is situated in the middle of the historic market town Ruthin. Only moments walk away are many attractions including Ruthin Castle, Ruthin Goal (the old Jail house) and much more. There are also many excellent wine bars, restaurants and pubs in Ruthin along with wonderful little cafe's for afternoon tea! You are only a 40 min drive away from the historic walled town of Chester and 40 mins in other direction the seaside resort of Llandudno.

Prices are for the property per weekend/week in UK pounds. Weekends run from friday afternoon to Monday mornings. Prices vary slightly in school holidays and on bank holidays. Discounts are available for smaller groups. Please call or e-mail me for further details.
Changeover day
Changeover days are normally Fridays and Mondays but will always try and be flexible if we can. Bookout time is 10am and arrival time is 3.30pm.

5 of the bedrooms have king or super king sized beds when made as doubles. Two of the double rooms have full size day beds in them. Rooms can be made as doubles or twins.
There is a further double bed settee in upstairs lounge. |

3 luxury bathrooms: 2 with bath/shower and 1 with shower. White fluffy towels and designer toiletries in all. |

Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, juicer, wood-burning stove, pans, cutlery and dishes. Everything you could need is provided! |

Large beamed lounge/dining room with French doors to balcony. Open fire, baby grand piano, Bose sound system, flat screen TV with full sky package. Upstairs 2nd beamed lounge with digital TV, Playstation and selection of games, CD's and double bed settee. |

Games room/bar with snooker table and complimentary bar to include vodka, gin, whisky, bacardi, lagers and mixers. Ice, limes and lemons are also left for your enjoyment! |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Egyptian cotton linen provided for all beds. A dozen bath towels and a dozen hand towels are also provided. No20 is cleaned on arrival and departure. If your stay is for 2 weeks our housekeeper will change all linen and give a light clean after 7 days. |
Notes on accommodation
Children are most welcome at No. 20 Ruthin. As the house is so old it is on many levels so for very young children the stair gates would need to be used which are provided.
The house is kept in an immaculate condition and we do ask guests if they can leave the house as they find it, where possible. We are really sorry we do not accept any pets or smoking. There is an outdoor smoking area if required.

Unfortunately due to the age and layout of the house accesibility in a wheelchair would be difficult.

No. 20 Ruthin has a pretty balcony and a BBQ area with seating and table.
Coast/Beach
No. 20 Ruthin is a 40 min drive away from the wonderful seaside town of Llandudno.
Golf
Within 10 mins drive of 2 excellent golf courses.
Skiing
Sledging close by in snowy weather! Dry ski slopes in Llandudno a 40 min drive away.
Travel
Liverpool airport is an hour away and Manchester airport is about a 80 min drive away. Transport can be arraged to and from airport if required.

No. 20 Ruthin is in the centre of the historic market town of Ruthin. Chester is a 40 min drive away. Llandudno 40 min drive away. Llangollen 15 min drive away.

The house is in walking distance of Tesco, Co-Op, HSBC Bank, Barclays Bank and NatWest. We are also in walking distance of several excellent restaurants, wine bars, pubs and the wonderful Ruthin Castle where you will find squirells and peacocks in the gardens and can have a medieval banquet, dinner or afternoon tea.
Booking notes
We send you a booking form which we ask to be returned along with a 25% deposit payed by cheque or bank transfer. The balance is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
