A very attractive early Victorian townhouse in a quiet terrace very close to the centre of Pwllheli, whilst affording easy access to the sandy beaches and glorious landscape of the Peninsula. The Snowdonia National Park is less than 45 minutes away by car. The owners have completed renovated the interior of the house and have endeavoured to create a unique and attractive living space that is warm in winter but cool in the summer. There is a terrace at the front of the house and decking leading to the garden at the rear. Both are sun traps.

The house is 2 hours drive from Liverpool Airport and about 2 1/2 hours drive from Manchester Airport.
