The Snowdonia National Park is less than 45 minutes away by car. The owners have completed renovated the interior of the house and have endeavoured to create a unique and attractive living space that is warm in winter but cool in the summer. There is a terrace at the front of the house and decking leading to the garden at the rear. Both are sun traps.

Accessibility
There are three steep steps from the street to the front terrace and further steep steps from from the rear French doors up to the decking and garden.

There is a small but carefully tended garden at the rear of the property. There is a gas powered barbecue on the decking.

The house is less than 10 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy Abererch beach.
Travel
The house is 2 hours drive from Liverpool Airport and about 2 1/2 hours drive from Manchester Airport.

The Snowdonia National Park is less than 45 minutes away.
