Notes on accommodation
Strictly non-smoking accommodation. Only available to families and couples (sorry, no hens or stags). We also have bicycles for guests use (on shared basis with Beachlands House Ref W109) - 2 x adult bikes and 2 x 'tweenager' bikes. Other sizes or additional bikes can be hired from local supplier just 500 yards away. Our prices include all bed linens, towels & utilities etc. We also provide kitchen items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, cooking salt, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, cling wrap, kitchen foil, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, loo roll, kitchen roll etc.

Coast/Beach
Beachlands View is located on the beach. Beautiful soft sandy beaches stretch out in both directions. The sea goes out a long way here, so shallow paddling and play for small children is right on your doorstep.

The nearest course are the award winning Nicklaus designed golf course at Machynys - 10 minute walk. Ashburnham Golf Club is a 10 minute drive away. If you require further challenges, then try out some of the following courses:

Travel
Car advisable, but not essential. The town of Llanelli is easily accessible. Regular train services run to and from the towns railway station. National bus services allows tourists to access the town. The City of Swansea is just 20 minutes east of the town, and the former capital of Wales, Carmarthen is just a 15 minute drive away.

Located on the south west coastline of Wales, this holiday home is just: 15 minutes from the M4, junction 48; 1 hour from Cardiff International airport; 3 hours by train from London's Paddington.

The area of Carmarthenshire is known as the Garden of Wales and it’s evident why that is. With miles of stunning coastline, history, nature reserves and rolling countryside, it provides an opportunity to enjoy all that it offers. Literally on your doorstep is the award winning Millennium Coastal Park. This is the largest land reclamation project ever in Wales and cost £30 million. Over 2000 acres of wasteland and former industrial landscape has been transformed into a stunning 22km coastal pathway/cycle track linking the Pembrey Country Park and the National Wetlands Centre. Llanelli town is lively with an indoor market offering local produce, shops, cafes and restaurant's and retains its' original charm. The area boasts a varied assortment of tourist attractions and places of interest. You'll be surprised at the number and variety of activities that are available in this wonderful part of the world. The Millennium Coastal Path (MCP) has a newly opened Discovery Centre with a restaurant and shop and offers hire of equipment. There are also beach showers located inside the centre. The Sospan Hopper Land Train also departs from here during summer months, taking adults and children on a leisurely ride along the coastal path. At Pembrey Country Park there are plenty of activities and facilities for families. Try out your skills on the dry ski slope or toboggan run. Opt for a train ride, a game of pitch and putt or crazy golf, and let the kids burn off some energy in the adventure playground. A visitor centre and restaurant are also on site. The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust in Llanelli runs The National Wetlands Centre here. The centre has various areas of natural habitat for a variety of birds and fowl. Booking notes
All use of linens - (including beach towels) provided free. £50 discount for all bookings of 2 or more consecutive weeks. Refundable £150 security deposit required with final balance payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks, subject to satisfactory inventory inspection and safe return of keys. A non refundable booking deposit of £150, with the balance payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of departure date must be fully paid on booking.

Hello, my name is Yvette Morrison and I am the owner of these lovely properties. I am married to Mike and we have a 14 year old daughter. Mike also has grown up children (4!) from an earlier marriage. I hope you like the contemporary styling I have done on these modern homes. I love interiors and adore transforming tired and outdated rooms into up to the minute places to be.
I have done loads of research into the area around Llanelli, as I want to make your holiday really special.
You will find lots of little things in our homes that many other owners will not have thought about. I was surprised myself this year when we booked a luxury villa holiday in Turkey, only to find that what I consider basic items were not provided by the villa owner. Thanks for reading this.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I bought the penthouse in September 2007 when I fell in love with the marvellous views & tranquil setting.
I confess, it was an impulse buy (yes, I know!)
However, not one that has been regretted. My only complaint is that I don't get to spend enough time here!
I just love sitting and looking out to sea - watching nothing sometimes - but the peace is so wonderful.
Unique benefits of the property
I have equipped the penthouse to cater for every need. I literally thought about all the things I do at home and made sure I had everything in the penthouse that I had at home - from sewing thread, to a food blender, to a pack or cards, to shower gel. I've tried to think of everything for my guests convenience and comfort.
It's so lovely to get away from the hustle and bustle of what seems to be normal everyday life - in whatever part of the UK you live.
However, sometimes we all still need to keep in touch, and for this reason, I installed a wireless broadband internet connection (WiFi).
I think this is something not many places offer as it is quite expensive.
I am also very proud of my 5* Visit Wales grading showing that my properties are of an exceptional standard.
