When you step out of the front door you are literally seconds away from the promenade, where you can witness some fantastic sunsets. The promenade is accessed through one of the towns original gateways, known locally as the Golden Gate or Porth Yr Aur in Welsh. Caernarfon offers the visitor a wide selection of restaurants, pubs and also boasts an arts centre offering theatre, film and ever changing art exhibitions. This uniquely located property is ideal for walkers, cyclists, canoeists and anyone enjoying the great outdoors with all the facilities of a bustling market town. Steam train enthusiasts will not be disappointed as Caernarfon is the starting point of the world famous Welsh Highland Railway.

Bedroom 2 with king size double bed.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, basin and wc.
Bedrooms 2+3 share a shower room, basin and wc.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open plan with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and lots of storage space. The kitchen is also equipped with every conceivable utensil you will possibly need.
Living Rooms: The living/dining room has TV, DVD and free-view. There is also a selection of DVDs and board games.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and all bedlinen are provided. Cleaning is done once a week, but should you require additional cleaning, this can be done with prior arrangement.

Notes on accommodation
The house is fully centrally heated and has a constant hot water supply. The house is ideally suited for families, couples or a group of friends.

Accessibility
As all the bedrooms are upstairs, we would suggest that the property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
Although the property has no garden as such, the promenade is only seconds away where you can sit with a drink in hand and watch the sun go down over the Menai Strait. We do however have space for secure bike storage.

Coast/Beach
Caernarfon is situated on the coast. However the nearest sandy beach is 6 miles away at Dinas Dinlle. Beyond this and on the island of Anglesey there are literally countless sandy coves and beaches to chose from.

Golf
Caernarfon golf club is only 2 miles away offering 18 fantastic holes with Snowdonia and the Menai Strait as your backdrop.

Travel
Liverpool and Manchester airport are approximately 90 minutes away. Holyhead ferry port to Dublin is half an hours drive away.

Distances
Caernarfon is quite simply the perfect base for exploring the whole of North-Wales on day trips.
