Has been renovated with sympathy and brought back to life with all of the features you may expect to see in any newly built apartment. Come and walk on the Orme, cycle the beauty spots, shop at Llandudno's newest shopping addition. Or just chill out and watch the world go by with this great view.
Llandudno is said to be 'The Queen of Resorts' and is best known for the impressive sweep of the Victorian Promenade. If this is so then West Shore is Llandudno's best kept secret only a short walk from town and the hustle and bustle is the real beach. West Shore is the quiet sandy expanse of beach on the estuary of the River Conwy. It faces the Snowdonia National Park on the east and the Isle of Anglesey to the west. There is so much to do we have a dry ski slope, golf, sailing, fishing, great walks and cycle tracks, even white water rafting for the adventurous.

Accessibility
There are 5 steps up to the front door and also steps up the the back door. Back door access is straight from the allocated parking space.
Outside
Outdoor furniture, benches are shared with 2 other flats but there are plenty.
Coast/Beach
We are on the beach, walk out the front door 100ft and smell the sea air.
Golf
Many courses in the area from 1 mile away. There are pay and play and also a very nice links course in Llandudno. Rhos on sea also has a course by the sea.
Skiing
Dry ski slope 2 miles on the Great Orme a 4 min drive - more great views.
Travel
Train station in Llandudno. Car not needed you can walk to most places very easily. Coach station also in town.
Distances
Conwy 2 miles. Betys y coed 20 mins. Bangor 30 mins. Anglesey 35 mins. Chester 50 mins. Manchester Airport 67 miles.
Booking notes
£100 deposit on booking and full payment 30 days before arrival. We only accept small well behaved pets and must be told of this in advance. We insist on 'no smoking' - guests are happy to sit outside and admire the view.
