A much-loved property situated on the edge of the quiet coastal village of Llansaint. This registered small-holding offers ample parking and mature gardens to the front of the property and to the rear approximately 6 acres of pastureland and unbeatable 180' views over Carmarthen Bay towards The Gower, North Devon, Lundy Island and Tenby. Llansaint is set on a headland which lends it to the breathtaking views which are available from Afallon and it is surrounded by farm-land which slopes gently down to the sea. Adjacent to the property is ‘The Cocklepath’ up which the women of the village used to lead their donkeys laden with cockles and which still gives access down to the beaches. The cottage offers comfortable family accommodation in a wonderfully peaceful location with panoramic views that change each day with the changing tides.

Oh the views!! From Worms Head right round to Tenby & amazing sunsets! A great relaxing break!
Clean & comfortable & soooh peaceful. Will definitely come back again.
Certainly lives up to its name- a true Paradise! And although we didn't have our own horses to bring it was lovely to walk the boundaries of the fields each morning & to see the horses in the neighbouring fields. To have all that extra space as your own was fab.
