This delightful family country lodge is tucked away between the villages of Milton and Cosheston within Pembs National Park. Footpaths lead from the door through woodland owned by the family’s estate and these include walks along the shore taking in views of the Cleddau Estuary and Carew Castle. The interior is comfortably and warmly furnished with one of the bedrooms on the ground level for added convenience. To the rear of the property is a large south facing conservatory overlooking the lawns and orchard, a lovely place to rest all year round. There are picnic tables on the lawn and also a patio area. To the side of the lodge is stoned parking for 4 cars. The popular attractions of Oakwood Park, Heatherton and Folly Farm are all within 8 miles whilst the beach resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are 6 miles away. In Pembroke Dock (3 miles away) is situated the Cleddau Bridge which connects North and South Pembs and also the Irish Ferry terminal with daily crossings to Rosslare.

Utility Room: Adjoining outside WC with automatic washing machine.
Living Rooms: Dining room leading from kitchen area with table and seating for 8. Sideboard containing glass/china and tea trolley.
Lounge with 1 x 3-seater settee, 1 x 2-seater settee and 3 armchairs. Digital TV, video and CD player. Electric fire.
Other: Conservatory off kitchen with outside door and steps leading down to patio area and lawn. Cane conservatory furniture, 1 2-seater settee and 2 armchairs. Small table and tiled floor.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All heating, bed linen (duvets), blankets and towels are included. The property is cleaned prior to arrival and beds are made up ready. A travel cot, highchair, rotary line and vacuum cleaner are provided at no extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
The property has Economy 7 central heating which is pre-set and all water is heated by an immersion heater, also pre-set. There is an electric fire in the lounge area.
All cleaning materials and washing machine tablets included.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Accessibility
The property is accessed via one step to the front door and three steps up to the conservatory entrance at the rear. There are also two steps up to the kitchen from the conservatory.

Outside
There is a large lawn with shrubs, picnic tables and a gate leading to connecting orchard and woodland. Patio area and chairs. The private stoned parking area is to the side of the property. It also has the benefit of outside security lights.

Coast/Beach
Tenby, with its north and south beaches are approx 6 miles away. From the harbour boat trips can be taken to the historic Caldey Island as well as around the Pembs coast sightseeing and fishing.
Saundersfoot, another popular beach area, is a similiar distance away, with more boat trips available.
Other beauty spots such as Stackpool Quay, Barafundle Bay, Bosheston Lily ponds and Freshwater East and West are all approx 10 miles away.

Golf
Golf courses are available in Pembroke Dock and Tenby.

Travel
Pembroke Dock Ferry terminal is 3 miles away and Fishguard Ferry terminal is 25 miles away.
Cardiff airport 2 hours, Bristol airport 3 hours, Heathrow/Birmingham airports 4 hours.

Pembroke Dock has a number of large supermarkets such as Tesco and Asda along with a full range of banking facilities, boutiques and cafes.
The country town of Narberth, 10 miles away, has a number of special antique, boutique and bakery shops along with an assortment of specialised restaurants.
