Gwynalan is a large detached well equipped modern bungalow, attracting many repeat visitors set on a third of an acre corner plot with a year round therapeutic Hot Tub.
The bungalow comprises of a 22' lounge with views over open fields towards Holyhead mountain. Dining conservatory opening onto a large rear garden containing patio, palm tree, lawn and a decked area with a 6 person hot tub. Well equiped 20' dining kitchen. Modern white bathroom. 3 Bedrooms: 1 king, 1 double and 1 with bunk beds. A second lounge with a double sofa bed for occasional use. The bungalow is ideal for holidays and breaks all year round having full gas central heating. Easy access to all the attractions of Anglesey and its coastline. A short walk to sea, pubs, restaurants and shops. Registered with the North Wales Tourist Board.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Short breaks are available during the low season please enquire regarding prices. We offer a 10% discount for repeat bookings.
Pets will be charged at £15 per pet per week, strictly by prior agreement with the owner.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. The property will available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The property is available for short breaks by arrangement the changeover day then is flexible.

| Other: | Dining conservatory with a large table, chairs and settle. Additional seating area in which to relax. Second small lounge "snug" containing a double sofabed (for occasional use), Hifi and CDs, bookshelfs having many books and maps. Toys and games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included in the rental. For holidays of 2 weeks or more additional cleaning and linen can be arranged as required for an additional fee. |
Notes on accommodation
Being on one level the bungalow is well suited for children or those with mobility problems. Please note the Hot Tub can be used year round. The bungalow has the benefit of full gas central heating. The double sofa bed allows for additional occasional use by prior agreement although bedding is not provided.
Accessibility
There is a small step into the property however once in the property it is all on one level and uncarpeted. Although it has not been specifically adapted for wheelchairs one of the previous owners was a wheelchair user.
Outside
Set in a third of an acre surrounded by garden the bungalow is ideal for families. The garden features a screened decked area containing an all year round 6 person threapeutic hot tub. A BBQ area with patio, table and benches and gas BBQ. Large lawned areas to 3 sides of the bungalow ideal for relaxing or playing games. Additionally, there is a basketball goal, sand pit and fruit trees which you are welcome to enjoy the fruit when in season. There is off road parking for 3-4 cars.
Coast/Beach
A short walk from the bungalow is the beach at the inland sea and the Anglesey Coastal path. The well known blue flag beach at Treaddur Bay is less than a 10 minute drive. Also close by are Church Bay and the popular surfing beaches of Porth Tyn Tywyn and Porth Trecastell. The National Cycle Trail runs along the Gorad Road directly outside the bungalow.

The property is on the very edge of Valley, about 0.3 miles from the centre.
The town/port of Holyhead is approximately 3.5 miles.
The town of Bangor is 22.3 miles.
Anglesey airport is approximately 3 miles.
Further details
Valley boasts many facilities including 2 pubs, a 24 hour convenience store, takeaways, restaurants, post office, cash machine and bank. A supermarket is about a 5 mins drive.
Anglesey has many things to offer much of the coastline is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with glorious sandy beaches. One of the benefits of Gwynalan is its proximity to the Anglesey Coastal Path which stretches for 125 miles passing through unspoiled landscapes including farmland, coastal heath, dunes, salt marshes, woodlands and cliffs.
If you love history visit Beamaris and its castle; the stately home Plas Newydd; Llynnon Mill a restored windmill or the burial chamber on the headland above Porth Trecastell near Aberffraw.
Having 125 miles of coastline Anglesesy has 26% of the best beaches in Wales. Close to Gwynalan is the expansive beach at Treaddur Bay but also recommended are Church Bay, Port Tyn Tywyn and Porth Trecastell both found between LLanfaelog and Aberffraw. Rhosneigr boasts many water sports such as sea kayaking, kitesurfing and windsurfing. A sailing club can be found in Treaddur Bay and sea fishing in Amlwch and Beaumaris.
The island boasts many golf clubs the nearest being found in Holyhead. Horse riding centres can also be found close by with day treks available. Leisure centres can be found in Holyhead and LLangefni.
Having easy access to the A55 and main land Wales you can visit the Smowdonia Mountain range, Caernarfon with its majestic castle, fun family parks or arts and crafts galleries. Take a trip on the Snowdon Mountain Railway or further afield the Italianate village at Portmeirion.
Booking notes
Booking accepted by phone or email and held provisionally for 5 days until receipt of completed booking form and deposit.
In the case of booking made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday payment must be made in full at time of booking.
A deposit of 30% of full rental is required at the time of booking and full payment must be made no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
A damage/housekeeping deposit is required.
Pets are only accepted by prior agreement.
