Caswell Bay Chalet is a self-catering holiday chalet located an easy three minute stroll from Caswell Bay beach. It is bright and modernised and offers accommodation for four people in two bedrooms. The chalet is on Summercliffe Chalet Park, a small, quiet and well-maintained chalet park just a five minute drive from the pretty village of Mumbles where you'll find an interesting and unique selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Langland Bay Golf Club is adjacent to the chalet park and offers golfing with spectacular views. Swansea is 5 miles away and has all the amenities you'd expect in a town. The chalet is perfect for those seeking an easy beach holiday or great coastal walking. Caswell Beach is sandy with rock pools at low tide, offering lots of entertainment for the young, and young at heart. The coastal path, which starts at Caswell Beach will take you around to Langland Bay, Rotherslade, Limeslade, Bracelet and the various other bays towards Mumbles.

Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day. Arrivals from 2pm, departures by 10am on the last day of your holiday.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both rooms have built-in storage. A travel cot is available for use in the living area. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is modern and fully-tiled with WC, basin and a walk in shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all the amenities you'll need for a self-catering holiday including full-size hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and is one of the few chalets to have a washing machine. A washing line is behind the chalet. |

| Living Rooms: | The living area has seating for four people with a flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player. A stereo/radio ia also available. There is a dining table and seating for four people. Please note the chalet is strictly non-smoking. |

The chalet is surrounded by lawns.
Coast/Beach
Caswell Bay is an easy three minute stroll from the chalet. It is a large sandy beach which is patrolled by lifeguards during summer periods. There is a surf school on the beach offering lessons for all ages and abilities - a great souvenir and lots of fun! Family lessons can be arranged. At low tide there are plenty of rockpools to explore.
Golf
Langland Bay Golf Course is adjacent to the chalet park. There are numerous other golf courses in the area including Fairwood and Clyne.
Travel
Car is recommended. Swansea (rail, coach) 5 miles.
Distances
Mumbles village, 1 mile. Swansea 5 miles.
Booking notes
Deposit due within seven days of making booking. Payable by cheque, bank or internet transfer. Paypal not accepted. Balance due eight weeks before arrival date along with refundable bond. Please ask for full details.
