Restaurants, shops and Cardiff's famous 'lanes' are all a few minutes walk away. Visit the new Cardiff Bay Waterfront and the Millenium Centre by water taxi or venture a little further afield to the peaceful Vale of Glamorgan or the Brecon Beacons National Park. Kitchen: Bright, modern fully equipped kitchen containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and toaster.
Living Rooms: Contemporary styled comfortable lounge/dining room with French window onto the balcony overlooking Cardiff Arms Park. Dining table and four chairs, leather suite, flat screen TV/DVD, fireplace with gas fire.
Other: The Home Office is perfect for corporate visits as an alternative to a single hotel room. Sleek leather desk, bookcase, telephone point and broadband internet access.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen and all towels provided. Apartment cleaned and serviced weekly for stays of a week or more.

Notes on accommodation
Full gas central heating and gas fire in lounge. Unlimited hot water to the apartment. Door entry system and 24 hour security. Because of the balcony not suitable for young children. Sorry no pets. No smoking apartment.

Accessibility
The property is on the 4th floor but there is a lift. The access would be unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
Patio furniture is in situ on the balcony which can accommodate large groups specifically for rugby matches.

Coast/Beach
Cardiff Bay Waterfront is accessible by water taxi in 15 mins or 10 mins if travelling by car or train. The pleasant Edwardian seaside town of Penarth with its beach and Pier is 15 minutes away by car or train and the Heritage Coast with its beautiful coastal walks and Blue Flag beaches is a 25 min drive away.

Travel
Cardiff International Airport is 30 mins drive away and there are good bus links with the city or Cardiff Central Station via Rhoose. Car hire is available at Cardiff Airport or Cardiff Central Station but a car is not required given the proximity of the apartment to all amenities and the good public transport links. Central Station and the bus station are both 5 minutes walk away. There is no parking at the apartment but there are a number of NCP or private car parks within 2-3 mins.
