Cottage and detached stable conversion, both with full central heating and double glazing, situated in Llangollen. Bloom Cottage has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, downstairs bathroom with shower bath; conservatory, kitchen, dining room with table to seat 8 and wood burning stove. The living room has a television and open fire place. Llangollen Lodge has one double bedroom, lounge with double sofa bed, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Wireless broadband internet connection and BT Vision. Both properties have magnificent views of the River Dee and and the Berwyn mountains. The gardens include patio/barbecue areas, and there is ample well lit secure off road parking. The cottage is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is accessed by a quiet lane. There are numerous walks from the cottage including the Dee Valley Way and North Berwyn Way. Nearby restaurants include The Chain Bridge, White Waters and Wild Pheasant Hotels, all within walking distance.

Prices are inclusive of electric,gas etc and bed linen.Towels supplied for 3 night stays and longer. Please add a further 5% to all payments made by using PAYPAL.

Changeover day
7/14 nights are Saturday to Saturday. We will however always try to fulfill your requirements. Please contact us if you would like a long weekend or short stay. Special rates for senior citizens midweek.

Bedroom One - king size bed. Bedroom Two - double bed. Bedroom Three - 2 single beds. All bedrooms are modern and tastefully furnished with bedside tables and lamps. Wonderful views. The downstairs bathroom has a wc and full size shower bath with thermostatic shower over and an extractor fan. There is a heated towel rail and central heating radiator. The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The cooker has an electric double oven and grill and a gas hob. There is a good sized breakfast table. The dining room has a dining table which seats six and pine dresser. The wood burning stove is set in an inglenook fire place. The lounge has a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa and footstool, Freeview digital flatscreen TV and DVD. The conservatory to the front of the property captures the full panoramic picture. An initial supply of wood and coal will be provided November to March.

Llangollen Lodge is a detached stable conversion with full central heating and double glazing. There is one double bedroom which is tastefully furnished and has french doors leading to a patio area. The comfortable lounge with corner sofa bed provides additional sleeping for two. There is a TV/DVD and music system. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is a dining area seating 4. Outside there is a large decking area, barbeque and table and chairs. Llangollen Lodge commands the same stunning views as Bloom Cottage. The property has steps leading up from the new parking area and has outside lighting.

New for 2011 is Llangollen Lodge - a one bedroomed, sleeps 4 detached stable conversion. This property is ideal for couples and smaller families at more economical rates. The owners take great pride in providing all year round quality accommodation to ensure your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. There are no hidden costs and heating, electricity and gas are all included in the rental prices. Bloom Cottage and Llangollen Lodge are available to rent together and are ideal for family celebrations sleeping up to ten..........in Llangollen !

Accessibility
Bloom Cottage has a step to the front door. Doors and doorways are normal size and door handles and light switches are at standard heights. Alternative access is by the kitchen door, which has a low threshold. There is a step up to the downstairs bathroom/w.c. All bedrooms are upstairs. Llangollen Lodge has a step to the front door, doors are normal size, door handles and light switches are at standard height. There is a step from lounge to kitchen. Steps lead up to property from car park.

Outside
Bloom Cottage has a gated driveway with parking for two cars. There is a well stocked flower bed and sloping lawn to the rear of the property, accessed by a gate. The elevated patio/barbeque area has outside furniture, barbeque and chimenia.

Llangollen Lodge has a fantastic decking area at the front of the property and an elevated patio/ barbeque area to side. Also equipped with barbeque and outside furniture. There is a large car park with turning area accessed by steps from the property.

Both properties are surrounded by fields and command uninterrupted views of the Berwyn Range and the River Dee.

Waste collection Tuesday morning.

There is plenty of entertainment in the evening and live music can be found in a number of venues. Llangollen has its own steam railway which has many themed weekends ie Thomas the Tank, Mystery / Whodunit and the famous Santa express special.
A stroll along the canal with its colourful canal boats, makes for a pleasant afternoon. Alternatively take a ride in the horse drawn open sided pleasure boats. The White Waters of the River Dee in Llangollen are ideal for rafting canoeing and kayaking.

Booking notes
For weekly and fortnightly rentals a deposit of 25% is required within 7 days to secure your booking (non refundable). The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival together with a breakage/damage/key return deposit of £100 which is refunded within 14 days of departure. For a last minute/weekend rental the full amount is required at time of booking. Please note that there are no additional booking fees.

We have successfully rented Bloom Cottage Llangollen and Timberlake Provence South of France for over six years. We have a number of guests who like to return to both venues. Our aim is to provide comfortable, clean and welcoming accommodation to ensure that your holiday is enjoyable from the very start. Both Bloom Cottage and Timberlake have all the comforts of a home from home and we work hard to meet your every need. Our rental rates are good value for money and are based on maximum occupany of 6 and 8 persons respectively. Reduced rental rates are available for lower occupancy.
