Accessibility
This property is not suitable for wheelchair users as all the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.
Outside
Large back garden with swimming pool and patio area. Wooden decking surrounds the pool which has recently been installed this season.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches near to this accommodation. A car is necessary.
Golf
The Vale of Glamorgan Golf course and health spa is just 2 minutes away with it's championship golf couse. Discount golf can be arranged.
Special interest holidays
There are many beautiful places to visit from this location. The heritage coast and the Vale of Glamorgan are a must see. Cardiff Bay is a very popular attraction. The Vale of Glamorgan Hotel & Spa is within walking distance and a round of Golf is also available on the Championship Course. Subject to availability.
Travel
20 minutes from Cardiff International Airport and Cardiff Queen St/Central train station.
Distances
Pendoylan is the nearest village 5 minutes walk. There is a lovely local pub (The Red Lion) which serves meals in the restaurant in the evening.

A 20% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. £200 refundable bond is due 2 weeks prior to arrival
